this is a second chance item ( small scratch on rear) Shipping was great on time, Allowing to use on some of the last freeze to boil days in Arizona desert . Night 32° room 74° day 86°f room set at 72 did lower to 68 ° and leveled at 72° only issue is indicator for mode – cool snowflake on top right, and heat radiating sun top left fan just below sun they are small and my vision blurs so they all look the same

I just got this today. There’s a heat wave here, so I was a bit impatient when setting it up, so installation took a bit longer than I expected. I’m very impressed by how well this cools my bedroom down. It’s loud, but I’ve owned fans that were louder. In fact, the fan I was using was just as loud on high.

First off let me just say this unit is a beast, extremely powerful and efficient. It can cool most rooms down very quickly and heat them fast too.The downsides though are that the unit isn’t very smart, coming from a Hisense ac unit prior, this unit is extremely basic. The deck lid is manual, the remote is mehhh because sometimes it takes multiple button presses to work and doesn’t tell you the temp. Also and this is a major one, the unit is extremely bright. The light it puts out is insane. And it has no dimming feature. I’d recommend putting some tint over the lights.Other than that it seems built very well and has cooled rooms with temps over 100°f outside and heated rooms at -15 outside.Overall a good unit

When it arrived and I unboxed the unit, everything looked fine. I installed it in my living room. Yes, units like this can be noisy. I had one similar to this before, and after a while I got used to the noise. The unit seemed to work great for supplemental heat in my living room, but after a week of having it I noticed a puddle of water on my hardwood floors! At first I thought maybe the lower drainage spout was too loose, so I tightened it up as tight as it could get. Then, because I didn’t want any chance of my floors getting wet again I put a shallow pan under the unit. Unfortunately, it kept leaking. Everything else with the unit seemed to work perfectly. It could heat my entire downstairs area of my house, which is about 1000 square feet, even without my main heat source on. However, when you spend close to $600 on something, you expect it to work well without having to compromise because of one issue. And I really didn’t want to risk any further damage to my floors. I contacted the store’s customer service through Amazon. I didn’t get my hopes up because I didn’t keep any of the packaging. I was thinking maybe I’d get at most a partial refund. But, after asking a few questions they told me to send a picture of the unit with the cut power cord. They gave me the option of replacing the unit with the same model or issuing a full refund. I was happy with the full refund and with their customer service, which is why I gave this product a high rating. Great customer service is very valuable these days!
