I’ve cooked homemade meals for a very long time and these are the best grinders I’ve ever used!They are easy to use and the light is an added bonus to see how much salt and pepper are dispensed. We’ve been fans of fresh ground pepper for years, and these electric mills looked interesting. It turns out they’re a big improvement over our old hand crank peppermill. First, they’re super easy to fill – just twist the top (the opposite direction of what you’d expect if you’re used to nuts, bolts and screws… but you don’t have to remember that, there are little symbols and an arrow where the tops and bottoms meet).A friend pointed out that her Dad had an electric peppermill that he wasn’t happy with, because he didn’t like buying batteries and changing them. No problem with these mills! They’re rechargeable, with a USB connection. Perfect! And so far, they’ve lasted a couple of weeks and haven’t needed charging.I love that they operate with one hand, so I don’t need two free hands just for pepper, and they grind at just the right speed to dispense just enough pepper without overdoing it… same for the salt grinder, which I haven’t mentioned yet, but now I finally have a grinder for the coarse pink salt that’s been in the cupboard!Finally, I’ll mention that there’s a little LED light that shines out of the bottom, so you can see how much you’re grinding onto your food. That’s a bigger plus than I thought. No more guessing in low light. Overall, they’re perfect for our needs in a home kitchen. I can’t think of anything about them that I’d improve.

That old one wasn’t powerful, the whole top liked to pull off and so the bottom would fall into your food if you weren’t careful, and it ate up AAA batteries.So imagine my pleasant surprise when I tried these out for the first time! The motor is pretty powerful – it doesn’t get stuck on certain peppercorns like my old one did – and best of all, it’s rechargeable using USB-C. There’s also a nice LED light that helps you see how much pepper or salt you’ve discharged onto your food. The coarseness of the grind is adjustable with the little knob surrounding the axle on the bottom, so you can go for a very coarse grind all the way to nearly whole peppercorns if desired. And best of all, it’s a one-handed operation – just press the button on the side and it both turns on the LED and turns the grinder.In addition to the two grinders, the box comes with a brush to clean the grinders, covers for the bottom of the units, and a USB-C to USB-C charging cable.This is also a great gift idea – I got a pair for my dad for Christmas and he loves them!

I got this set to replace my broken manual grinders. It is modern and is user friendly as it supports one handed operation make seasoning dishes easy. The adjustable grind settings also lets change the coarseness , ensuring the perfect texture .. the transparent chamber, makes it easy to track salt and pepper levels. It also adds a good character to the dining table , i bought the olive color as seen the picture above, which looks unique and goes well with the colors of the kitchen and dining area. The USB-C charging is something thats important to me as i use the same to charge my phone or laptop in the kitchen/dining area. Charge seems to be holding pretty well , i used it for a week and dont see any noticeable change in charge. The bottom cap is also a nice touch but i seldom use that.

I got this grinder set to replace my old metal hand crank manual grinders. The box comes with 2 grinders, 2 caps, a USB to “C” charging cable and a little cleaning brush to keep them clean after each use. The ability to adjust to several different coarseness of the pepper is fantastic and very important to me especially sense I have false teeth. If you have false teeth, you will know how ground pepper chunks always seem to find their way under your bottom plate which can be quite painful when you chew your food. Also important is the light on the bottom near the grinder so you can actually see the amount of pepper you are putting onto the food on your plate. Another practical aspect is the transparent chamber. It not only lets me keep an eye on the salt and pepper levels but also adds an elegant touch to the dining table. The bottom cap is also a nice touch but I seldom use that because I find myself forgetting to take it off from time to time before using the grinder. Charging these units is easy, I use the same to charger that I use for my cell phone and Android tablet. Overall, these are a great addition to my kitchen, I would definitely recommend them. They are leaps and bounds better than the all the metal manual crank grinders I have used in the past.

Dont you hate it when people have overly complicated and fancy grinders (wine openers, coffee equipment etc…)? But also, is there any other way to have salt and pepper than freshly ground? There isnt. And these give you that without having to build a dedicated shelf. Classic black with a clear window and univesal (practically) USB-C charger. Its low key and high quality. Perfect!I just got it, only had one one meal to test it so far so, if it doesnt pass the longevity test I will be back but for now, I am 5 star satisfied.

I wish I would have bought these a long time ago! I cook A LOT! The normal salt and pepper grinders make my wrists and hands hurt after a while, especially when I cook more than normal like on Thanksgiving. I love these grinders and I don’t know how I’ve lived so long without them! Charging them for 2 hours, they keep a charge for at least a week. The only con I can think of is it only comes with one charger for both. It’s not a huge deal but it would have been nice if it came with a charger for each. You can change the size of the grinder. The pepper doesn’t grind as fast when it’s on the finer settings than the salt. The salt comes out fast, but you get use to how fast and slow it dispenses.
