Liked how easy it was to set up the bot for cleaning, and it did a great job (though you do have to be careful, if there is water in the water chamber, not to let the automatic water sprayer start on the first pass on a window). As the instructions say, it works best to do a dry run first, and then do the wet cleaning. Holding to windows was amazing for the bot and the responsiveness to the remote control was immediate.It was a lot better than paying some company a lot of money to do the windows. And with the bot I canre-clean any windows that get dirty without having to hire someone. Excellent product!

Our windows tend to collect a lot of pollen. Like other window cleaning robots, the processes are two steps. First, run it without any water, then moist the pads and run again. To our surprise, windows got very clean after the first step. The second step gave the windows shine. Because of the shape, corners need to be cleaned by hand. I chose this machine because of the low noise level. It is true that this machine makes noise, but it is not so loud as being noticed by neighbors while being used. We are very happy with this product.

We live in an apartment building on a 3rd floor and have a very large bay window we did not know how to clean (tried a few options that didn’t work). This robot did a great job, good suction and results if you follow the instructions (first dry clean followed by slightly wet clean with the sprayer). Make sure that you don’t wet the sponges too much as that’s when the device starts to slide but you have spares to successfully change to if this happens.

Wow! This is the best “robot” I’ve ever purchased. It would be nice if this could be raised to the window with a pole and turned on remotely. You must use a ladder, scaffolding, or a lift and press the device onto the window while pressing the power button. I cleaned six large fixed glass windows and the robot worked perfectly and stayed attached to the window every time. Make sure to change pads frequently. Very happy with this product.

Extremely easy and intuitive to use. Suction is very strong, ensuring that the device remains on the window/doesn’t fall. For very dirty windows, I found that a pre-spray of window cleaner is a must. I love that they included multiple pads.

The media could not be loaded. I have vaulted ceilings in the dining room so I need something to clean the windows. I didn’t want to pay for window cleaners to come out so I thought I would invest in this robot. It works great and is very easy to use. It tells you to do a dry run first, however my windows haven’t been washed in years so I just did two wet runs and it worked fine. I just mixed windex and water in the solution and it did the job. It tells you to tether the safety rope to something in case it falls. I don’t have anything to do that so I am relying on this guy to not fall. Did about 6 windows and didn’t fall yet! Definitely worth it.

Wow! I was unsure about how well this would work but WOW! I’m just sitting here thinking how happy I am I purchased it!Only thing is I do have 2 windows that are at a point of a triangle and it doesn’t get the corners. But I can live with that.

The media could not be loaded. Fully charge the unit before first use. A fully charged battery keeps the suction even if the mains power is disrupted. It happened a couple of times when the mains got disconnected.Pros:Professional grade cleaning. It removed a thin film of accumulated dust on my windows. Looking like new nowEasy to put togetherJust need RO water plus a drop of vinegarNot slow. Takes about 15 minutes to clean a medium-sized window, including dry and wet cycles.Reusable cleaning pads. Just wash in clothes washer.Cons:It was spraying even in a dry cycle. If running a dry cycle, empty the tank.I would recommend it!
