Received replacement unit. It does work well without any issues. It works as intended.The unit works with Ankke Smart & Smart Life app(Tuya compatible).——————————————————————————————————————–Unusable product. It constantly shows firmware update notifications, but I can’t update it at all. It always shows a time-out error. Reboot, restart, etc all nothing work. And it shows the wrong time at the end. It was also unfixable.Their customer service is virtually non-existent. ANNKE’s technical support advice was rebooting and restarting the device. That’s their technical support after 4 days long conversation.

This item worked very good for the first month of purchase. After that, kept going offline. I reached to customer support, followed all instructions provided and this still won’t work. This does not work with 5G.

Gift for granddaughter to keep an eye on her ward. Helps her see what they need when she is not in the room. Can communicate with them without running in to their room.

I bought this so I could monitor my room since I live in a house with a bunch of people. I Can hear sounds and see. It swivels a bit. I like to talk to my cat through it while I’m in class.

Got for watching my puppy while kennel training. Worked and talk back helped calm him if caught soon enough.

Camera was a little hard to set up. But after calling Annke service department and spoke with Cruz he was able to set it up quickly. Call and ask for Cruz he will help. And I’m enjoying my Annke camera.
