The media could not be loaded. ****So I had to update my review. The customer service is insanely great.They reached out to me and sent me replacement parts for the missing screws. The camera works amazing and it’s range of motion is great. Everything works as advertised and the online cloud feature is pretty cheap for storing videos.The app integration is nice and has no lag when connecting through the internet and putting the camera to sleep for privacy is simple as pressing one button.Video quality is great and the setup takes 5 minutes unless you have a concrete wall.There’s an option for an SD card and it works well. No complaints, great product and great customer support.

I have been using these cameras now for a while,they have been great! Easy to use,the app works flawless. Cameras have nice clear picture. I had purchased nightowl cameras from costco and they are not nearly as good as these! Eventually over time we will be Definitely switching over to this company. Customer support was even great when we had a minor issue. We are very happy with our purchase!

I love this camera. It is very easy to set-up by simply clicking on a qr code which enables you to connect to your iphone and wifi network. The image is great quality, with the ability to rotate for a 360 panoramic view, and zoom into specific areas. I especially love that I can view from my phone and I can enable the ‘privacy’ feature when needed. Customer service at support@aosulife.com is excellent, Julie responded within minutes and helped me troubleshoot an issue I had with the camera.Five stars, totally recommend!

This product is better than I expected. It has so many great features at an affordable price. For example, it has the ability to show you the area even in dark night conditions. (It has infrared or something and lets you see the area in black and white.) The daytime image is very clear and in color. It has a motion detector and you can get alerts when there is movement. It has two way audio, so I can hear what is being said on the other side very well. (The folks cannot hear me quite as well when I talk from my end, but I can get basic ideas across.) You can turn the cam 360 degrees horizontaly and you can look up and down vertically.I need to monitor a room remotely, so this cam lets me do that very well. Very satisfied.

This camera is packed with features that actually work. Too many details to go over, but in general:Pros- app works very smoothly overall (major plus!)- customer support responds quickly- motion detection algorithm for this model works better than most other cameras that I’ve used, including better than other Aosu models for some reason.- time zone consistency – if you travel frequently to other time zones, this camera maintains the time zone that it is located in. Sounds logical, but surprisingly there are other products that do a bad job at this.- firmware is constantly being upgraded.Cons (these are a sample of some minor complaints, maybe already addressed by firmware upgrades by the time you read this)1) no “upgrade all” command for firmware upgrades. This becomes tedious if you have ten or fifteen Aosu cameras.2) panoramic view height – you can’t adjust the height of the panoramic functions. So if your camera is mounted from a high ceiling, the panoramic view is too high to be useful.3) video call feature (green button on front that calls your phone) is clunky – if you accidentally press it, you can’t hang up to cancel the call.

I purchased a set of two cameras for the holidays. The cameras look great quality and the installation is very easy. Literally you plug it and configure the cameras in the app and you are done! The camera can be accessed from remote. You can turn on/off the motion detection and notifications. I also love the fact that if you add an inexpensive memory card ($10), you do not need to pay for cloud services. You can record and retrieve the videos from the app very easily. The camera also has an option to enable “auto-cruise” to “patrol” de area, all day or only in the hours you want. You also have two way audio to communicate with the person you are viewing. I also purchased a doorbell camera which I love it is controlled also from the same App. All in all this was a great purchase!!

I had bought this over the summer and recently it stopped working. I contact customer care on how to fix it and they troubleshoot showing that the camera was no longer working so they set me out a free one. You can talk through it, hear from it, set it to record and set to privacy. I have a special needs son and sometimes I am in the laundry room or outside with yard work. This has been an absolute lifesaver on keeping track of him And making sure he is okay. It is also great to have when people are over LOL. I have 2 outside ones that are solar and the picture quality is amazing. Since I’ve been raving about it, my friend Laura has bought some for her sheep pen, My sister has got them for her shop and my parents are looking at doing a getting 5 for their own place.

There are a lot of reasons to have a small cam anywhere in the house, depending on what your needs are. This one is great for keeping an eye on pets when left alone in the house. Security is another good reason and this one has great motion tracking. I like that it has a call button too, and that I can talk to someone, or even my pets, when I am gone. If someone is home sick, it’s a perfect way to check in on them. This can be physically mounted on a wall or the ceiling as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and the price. I bought one for someone who has a small business, just for added security and motion detection at night. Highly recommend!
