Perfect piece of cheap Tech! Meaning for the price its Perfect!I work at different sites with different Products TV’s Media Players and Odd end devices.So having a small keyboard with Touch pad in such compact Size makes a world of a difference.The issue with connectivity is based on two things!One make sure its fully charged!!Secondly don’t expect this unit to work from 50ft away its maximum reach per my experience is within 15FT pushing anything beyond 20ft is asking for to much!Other factors to considers is that this is small size keyboard with small buttons! and maybe not the best for high speed reaction games! or fast pace typing! slow and steady works this unit perfectly! Ideal for techs in the field who just need a quick access control device that easily fits in a backpack!Only thing i haven’t figure out or found instructions on is how to change the colors from blue to the other colors. !! No big deal but would like a nice orange color just to match my Klein Tech backpack!

I’ve been looking for a keyboard/controller for our laptop which serves as our TV forever. I’ve gone with the Logitech wireless keyboard with the trackpad I’ve tried other metal framed Amazon brand wireless keyboards with the track pads. The fancy ones. And none of them have stood up to the rigors of everyday use especially in our household. They always lose a key or the dongle stops working properly. We had one that legitimately almost programmed a hard Entire Computer because the dongle got wet. This guy this little Rinky Dink plastic Dollar Store RC car controller is the fizz. It’s basically Bulletproof. It’s light which I thought I wouldn’t like but turns out is amazing. It’s got the battery out of a freaking Nokia would you know is going to outlast the apocalypse. And it’s ubiquitous and easy to change. On top of that the back Lighting on the keyboard lets me finally actually see what I’m typing in the dark because who watches TV with the lights on? So you can either spend $50 on some fancy Gizmo with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection and yeah I can order your favorite pizza for you and have it go on the fritz and and shut down your smart home. Or you could spend $11 and buy the controller that’s going to be here with the Cockroaches after the nuclear bombs drop. I’m pretty sure it’ll even work underwater not really but even if you break it you’re out 12 bucks by another one by two. Best purchase for electronic stuff I’ve made in a long time

This controller is awesome and very easy to use. Simply plug the USB wireless adapter in to the computer or Android box, turn on the controller and it works. Nothing to download at all.You can use batteries or charge the controller in by USB to charge it up. The mouse pad works flawlessly and you have left and right click buttons. When not typing, the right click button works as the back function.You can type quickly on this using two hands comfortably. The backlighting makes it easy to use at night in the dark.You can also control volume on this and it has a smart off feature so if you fall asleep it does not drain the battery.

I have purchased quite a few of these types of keyboards over the years (different brands) and I would say that this is the best one so far and surprisingly it is also the cheapest one too.the first thing I love about it is the light. it’s a nice pretty blue and it is actually bright enough that I can see the letters very clearly. My other keyboards were too dim for the light to be of much use.The next thing I love about this keyboard is the physical size and position of the keys. for instance on my previous keyboard I was constantly getting the comma and the apostrophe confused with each other, not so with this one… the keys are very readable and their position makes sense. It’s a real challenge to jam all of those keys into such a small space and these people did a good job with it.all of those things are great but the really huge win is the mouse pad!! I hate the mouse pads on these things (but not this one). the first keyboard I bought (different brand, similar style) the mouse pad was so insensitive that it was barely usable, it just did not detect finger motion. My last keyboard – which recently stopped working, also a different brand — the mouse pad was so hyper sensitive that every time I wanted to position the mouse it was a struggle to keep the pad from interpreting it as a click. Not so with this pad, so far I have not had a single false click. Also for the first time ever 2 finger scrolling actually works, none of my other keyboards ever managed to do that correctly. My only complaint is that it scrolls too far/fast and is difficult to control but with more practice I think it will be okay.I finally figured out how to change the colors the directions don’t bother to mention it… hold down the Fn key and push F2Cons:the directions are completely worthless and are too small to be read anyway.apparently this unit does not come already paired with the receiver, when you first turn it on nothing will happen for awhile except the blinking yellow light. I almost thought it was defective but after several minutes it started working. the directions say nothing about this.the CAPS lock is too easy to hit and there isn’t a light to tell you it’s onwhen trying to figure out how to change the color I tried pushing Fn+space and it did something funky to my monitor… I still have no idea what it was trying to do but my monitor ended up switching modes and my wallpaper was removed… weird.

Works great. I was attempting to use it while it was plugged in, and some of the buttons didn’t work. So just don’t use it while it’s plugged in.

I bought this with the goal of using it for my Firestick & though I had my doubts, this little sucker does what it says that it does. For $12, I have no reason to complain. I also love the fact that very often, I forget to turn it off, but it has a power saving feature, which cuts off the keyboard after a period of inactivity.I bought this in March of this year & have yet to have to recharge the unit.I’d recommend this to someone who’s on a budget, or for the kids. As long as you have a USB to insert the wireless dongle, you should be fine.
