The original roller shade motors I bought at a trade show 7 years ago started to stop working; they were powered by AA batteries, which were annoying to replace.I decided to search for motors that could be hard-wired. I went through a lot of trouble and bought the wrong sized motors and had several issues (if the motors are too small or too big, they won’t fit in the tube properly since they have to grab the inside of the tube to spin it).These motors are so much more advanced than the ones I bought 7 years ago. They are very powerful and operate smoothly and more quietly.Installation: I cut the plug off, connected the wires to a longer wire, and wired a new plug onto the end. It works perfectly. The instructions aren’t that great, but the seller is responsive and wants you to be happy with the product. I highly recommend these motors if you are somewhat handy and want to save a ton of money.I attached a picture of the programming instructions (for the remote I used, search Amazon for B07L6L3XZ2).

Very easy to install! Just make sure you watch the installation video on the Amazon page.The app and remote are easy to use, and it even works with Alexa! Only draw back is you can’t create a schedule with Alexa to automatically open/close at a certain time.

Construction of roller shade was pretty straightforward with this motor. Used 1.5 inch steel pipe and roller shade purchased from big box store. Wrapped plastic rollers with electrical tape to make a tighter connection to the pipe. Taped the shade to the pipe with double sided tape. Everything went together smoothly. Wired power to window as the window is hard to access, and it works like a charm. Smooth and quite operation. Totally worth the effort!

I saved money on hunter Douglas respires that claimed they have love time warranty on the motorized shades but when I called hunter Douglas they said life time warranty but you pay for the service. Which was over $760, I purschased this above motor and install it , and I saved tons of money , I’m very happy and I recommend it

The media could not be loaded. Works great, easy to install and very low noise exceeded my expectations. The bad but also good thing about this motor is there is no battery needed. So you must run power to it. However once that was done, you never have to worry about the power supply to them ever again.

After I had the motor for about 18 mos it stop working. I do not know the reason. I inform the seller that the motor stopped working and I ask them to tell me what was the MFG warranty. But the seller was so good that he replaced the defective motor at no charge. I strongly recommend this product and I wan to thank the seller for giving me a replacement. 100% excellent service. This seller is one of the best sellers on Amazon.

This product works like a charm. I just needed a few small “carvings” with an exacto knife to allow the rubber spacers to fit into my particular roller blind tube.Months later… I had a problem with the product… and I have to say this seller REALLY stood behind the product… was very communicative… and made things right.I would definitely buy again when I need another motorized shade.

It is the best 110v with remote motor, if your window like 120” you will ‘engineer” elongation by using PVC pipe
