I normally buy Oontz for portable speakers but I liked the look of this pink speaker and price point. In my opinion, if Oontz were to provide a 90% sound quality, this would be 88%.(It would be nice if these portable speakers had the ability to fine tune the bass, treble, and mids, because this device HAS the ability to provide great bass, treble, and mids very well, but seems to play a little more treble-y. With the right music quality or choice of music, this is a non-issue.)I’m very impressed with the sound quality, durability, type C charger port, and the lights are a nice addition. I just may switch brands for the price.Because I’ve heard Bose portable speakers before and was very impressed, I gave the sound quality on this speaker 4 stars, the same I would give Oontz.

After my house-mate received one as a gift, I was immediately impressed with how simple, small, fun and impressive his was. I ordered one strait away and have been really happy with it. I had been looking at bigger, much more expensive blue tooth room speakers, and while I’m sure this can’t compare with those, this little guy is a great personal-space speaker. Just what it should be, and better than expected for the price. I even bought one for my sister who is Not tech savvy. Good one!

I needed a speaker to work off my Iphone for use in my shop (using Pandora or some other music provider). This works great. Fairly simple to set up. I was also hoping it would work from my computer and it does. The range is good as well (how far the speaker can be from the computer). I’ll be buying a couple more of these as the price is quite good for the value.

Big sound in a small package! I was skeptical (& somewhat aggravated) when I saw how small it really is but when I turned it on, I was quite surprised by how loud it is. We had some charging issues for a bit but believe it was the charger we were using. Seems to charge in about 3 hrs now & plays (at high volume) for about 5 hrs. before it needs to be charged. Wish it had more bass but I’m overall satisfied with it for the price

I have probably bought a half dozen or so speakers like this over the years, and this one is hands-down the best one I have ever owned! I finally had to replace a much more expensive Bose speaker, and while this isn’t on par with one 6 times the price, it has completely exceeded my expectations in quality, durability, and sound performance. It holds a charge great and the reception distance to my phone is amazing. I have used it daily and have taken it camping here in the PNW, used it when I am gardening, and just around the house doing chores. Several people have had me send them the link to buy it, and I would absolutely buy it again!

I rated this device five stars because it’s “good enough” for the purpose for which I ordered it. There’s no bass or treble controls so it’s pretty basic to that end.Sound wise, it’s okay. I use it mostly with my Echo Auto, so I just need to hear Alexa’s responses to my questions or make hands free calls in my vintage VW .The Bluetooth connects to your phone. Very simple once you know how to do that.As for sound quality, to me, this harkens back to my grammar school years (1964 or so to maybe 1968) the days when a transistor radio was just fine for listening to a radio station.There is of course an improvement over that older technology but if you’re expecting to be blown away by something too incredible to be believed, well you’re setting the bar too high.Just the same, I listen to Amazon music (free plug) on it occasionally as my car sound system blows this away. But still I use it sometimes in the car.It has volume up/down buttons blah blah blah pretty basic, but it does what I want it to do.There’s a button to control which color light you prefer to have on or you can turn the light off with the fourth button press after cycling through the three other color options after the alternating colors default upon booting up.It turns off by itself after several minutes of not being in use which to me would be a star dinger (four stars instead of five, hence dinging a star: remember all things being relative….)Anyway, I would prefer it stayed on so if I say for example, “Alexa, how’s traffic on x street”. I won’t get a response I can’t hear from my phone’s internal speaker because the speaker turned itself off on me.I messaged the company weeks ago and still have not heard back from them regarding whether or not there is some way to override the default setting of turning itself off as I mentioned.I give this five stars in spite of everything because it does ‘almost’ suit my needs. It’s perfectly adequate, don’t expect to bring the party to life with this one, that’s all.It would be nice to hear from the company now to learn whether or not I can get it to stay on all the time. It is rechargeable and a cable is included for that. USB-C I think. You’ll figure it out easily enough regarding plugging it in to something get it to charge unless you are completely inexperienced with these matters (unlikely) or maybe someone who was just released from prison after having served a fifty year sentence or something, in which case the odds are slim there’s absolutely no one to instruct you in these matters. If such is the case, good luck. Just follow the instructions.

Delivered on time and no damage, typical for Amazon where I live. Opened it immediately to check it out. For my initial purpose of wanting good sound over and above the little built-0n speaker of my laptop, plugged it in via the USB, paired it, and disappointed at first. It was better but not by a lot; however, discovered it wasn’t the speakers fault, it’s the volume of what was being produced. When I went to another audio file/online video I was VERY pleasantly surprised it has the volume I thought and hoped it had. More actually. Great sound, plenty of volume, works with my cell phone too. It’s confirmed, for anyone curious, it will operate while it’s plugged in and charging. I may end up getting another one to either pair with this to spread out the speakers to get better room filling sound or use it in another location. Not likely I’ll actually test how waterproof it is but it’s nice to know it’ll be safe around the hot tub. Especially for the price, I recommend it to anyone looking for a speaker like this.

I bought JBL flip 5 for a sale price of $90 ( Original $130 ) but did not know it can only use for media, not for hand free phone function . Then I bought this speaker and found out they have the same sound quality, but this one has built in speaker for hand free phone and the sound is very clear and loud when I talk on the phone . I paid only $19 on the day Amazon had lighting deal ( Original $59 ) and completely satisfaction

I bought this for my dad, who is really into portable speakers. He said this is the best one he owns now. The sound quality is great and it was super easy for him to set up to bluetooth and continue to connect to for each use. He loves this and brings it many places he travels to. I will probably buy one for myself now that I see how much he loves it.
