I needed to replacement my Cuisinart blender. My old one was many years old. I really like how the glass canister has a wide base. I am not aware of other makes that offers this feature.

This is a superb blender from Cuisinart. This is a replacement for a Cuisinart that we bought over 20 years ago and it decided it was time to be replaced because the clutch mechanism failed what I particularly like about this one that I bought is I wanted a glass mixing bowl? I did not want plastic, and here we go exactly what I wanted and I will be on our kitchen counter hopefully for another 25 years.

This was a replacement. The last one lasted a reasonable amount of time then the blade broke and broke the glass. Out of warranty but Amazon replaced it.

I’m a big fan of Cuisinart and this blender does not disappoint. It is smaller than my old blender in appearance but actually holds more in the vase. It is a beast too. I use it daily for morning protein shakes with ice. My last blender lasted 42 years. This one has a lot to live up too, but Cuisinart products do that everyday.

We like that the bottom comes out for very easy cleaning. Just remember to put back on tightly before next use!

My old Cuisineart blender bit the dust. Took a chance & ordered this. Couldn’t be happier. I make a protein shake every morning with 2 cups of frozen berries. My old blender would get stuck. I’d have to stop & stick a spoon in it, resume, spoon, repeat. This Oster blender has a smoothie setting that makes the motor stop & start at first—kind of like a pulse type situation. Then it turns to continually blending. The frozen stuff breaks up & I have a perfect shake. One little thing that makes me smile in the morning.

I had the an older version of this for close to 15 years… Finally had to replace it and this one is great! Might not last another 15 years but it is amazing for the price. I really only use it to crush ice for margaritas and smoothies and it does a great job fairly quickly.

I ordered this for my husband for his birthday this year (to replace the old falling apart blender he has used for the past 7 years) and so far he has used it every single day for 5 weeks and it is working GREAT! Easy to use, keep clean, love that it is dishwasher safe. He uses it to make protein shakes and it crushes ice really easily! It was a nice price point! Really happy with cuisine art as a brand, we have many of their appliances, utinsel sets, knife sets, and pots and pans! This blender fits right in!
