This lock has 4 different ways of unlocking – code, fob (card), fingerprint, and key! It is easy to install with detailed steps and a video. All required parts are included including templates to drill holes if needed. Bluetooth pairing and programming are also super easy. You can easily create permanent codes for family members or temporary codes for guests that expire automatically, register your fingerprints or the key fobs. Customer service is excellent! Started with chatting where they identified the problem and shipped out a replacement unit the very next day and followed up with an email. I wish it had a way of engaging the lock from the inside. It can be done from the app or by pressing and holding the pound key (#) on the outside keypad.

This lock is made with the highest quality materials. Easy to install. Easy to use. I am very satisfied. I’d like to buy the gateway to have remote access, but at this moment it’s not available on Amazon (I hope it’ll be soon). The only detail is that the cover of the key hole could have a system that prevents it from being lost or stolen by someone. But overall (as I said above) I am very satisfied with this smart lock

Just installed my new unit. This went quite well. Only hickup wad a package of screws marked 5 and 6 that did not match the instruction sheet.Everything else fell right into place. I installed this in the deadbolt hole and moved deadbolt to the lower hole?App was very easy to install on my andriod phone.I really like not having to lock the door after entering the house.All in all a great purchase.

Bought this lock from Sifely off of Amazon. Installed it on my garage door because the knob that was on there had no keys to unlock from the outside. This lock has a finger print scanner(SO easy to setup!), one time code, code for a specific amount of time, backup code, and custom codes. Plus 2 key fobs and three physical keys! I had it installed and programmed in less than an hour! And it talks to you as well!! 🙂

Due to my temporary physical disability the lock was installed so that I could unlock the door from my bed to allow my nursing staff to enter my house. I didn’t want to give my aids a key so this product was very helpful.
