I needed to buy a heating unit for my laundry room. A majority of my plumbing runs through there and it had no heater. I found this unit and it has pretty good reviews. I purchased it and received it in new condition.Everything needed was included. I selected a spot to hang the unit. I highly recommend finding a stud for at least one side for mounting it, the dry wall tab will push into the wall as others stated. What I did is predrilled the screw partially into the drywall stud then put it into the wall to mount it. Having one side on the actual stud will ensure the unit stays in place.Having the precut mounting templet with level is awesome! Use a stud finder and line up one side of the template then mark your other holes. Very simple to install.I plugged the unit in and turned it on. I then tested the emergency cut off on the plug wich worked flawlessly. I then cycled through the buttons on the unit making sure they all risked, as well as on the remote. Everything worked as expected.I then scanned the QR code and downloaded the app. The app will walk you through setting up your unit for the app. Very simple! The app also alerted to update the firmware which only took a few minutes.The unit heat great keeping my laundry room warm. All functions work properly. The app is actually really great ! I can monitor the heater from anywhere and adjust it if I feel the need to. I plan on buying another one in the future for a small bathroom.

This heater takes about 15 minutes to install. It is quite, sophisticated, stylish, easy controls and really heats up our office. Our upstairs office is approximately 150 square feet with a 10 foot vaulted ceiling. The oscillating deflection fin works great to direct the hot air to the floor and then sweeps up towards the ceiling. Excellent quality product. The room warms up in very short order. Highly recommend.

This little heater does a great job heating my 300 square foot room. It’s quite and can be controlled by the remote, the app or directly from the unit. I love that it can be controlled by my phone. I can check to make sure I shut it off. It looks good mounted to the wall. Works great.

Great space heater that not only keeps the family room warm…it allows me to use my furnace less – because it keeps the room warmer and doesn’t need to run my furnace as much. Easy to install and you can use Alexa to turn on and off via voice activation. The app is great for when you are not in the same room and need to turn the device on….or off!

This little heater works great! I have a big bathroom and it heats it up quickly. The fin blows the hot air into the room. You can control it with WiFi, a remote or on the unit. It mounts on the wall and looks nice. I highly recommend this heater!

I am completely satisfied with this purchase. I needed a small heater for my bathroom so I thought I would try this one out. It plugs into a a standard 120 Volt electric outlet has it’s own over current protection. It was easy to install with the mounting template hardware provided The built in thermostat was easy setup and has been working fine so far this winter.

I got a bum unit and it wouldn’t stay one. Got a hold of their customer service through email and they have been very helpful and are sending me a new unit after deciding I got a bum one. Super easy to deal with and they definitely back their product. When the heater did work it was GREAT but since it wouldn’t stay on, not something I could just deal with and I appreciate them just sending me a new unit to try and see if it will function like it is designed to.

I kept buying those stupid little heaters for my cold bathroom in the morning and they never heated anything. I found this unit and let me tell you this is a class act company, first rate. From the time you open the box to reading the instructions and hanging this baby you know it is a quality heater.Hooked it up to Alexa in minutes and the remote is also very easy to use. I set the timer for every morning at 8am and shut of at 10am…GREAT..it warms the bathroom like I like it!!!!

We like to keep our bedroom super cold, but wanted the adjoining bathroom comfortable. This little gem is amazing ! This is our new house and with the addition of the heater we decided we didn’t need the half glass wall or shower door at all. Our bathroom is around 200 sq feet and this heats up the area perfectly. The remote is very handy as I like to turn the heat off while doing hair and make-up, but I always forget to turn it off. With the remote I am able to control the thermostat while seated. I have had three friends purchase this and LOVE IT after seeing it in our new home. I think this is about our favorite purchase. Although I am equally in love with our electric fireplaces ☺️
