I’m supprised at how pretty the kettle is. 6 months of daily use its unblemished and working perfectly. Heats up crazy fast. Some reviewer talked of his shorting out or something. I suspect he got water in the electric circuit so that’s user error. It pours perfectly, not a drop has dribbled. The different temps is actually useful, green tea has noticeably more taste now that i’m not boiling away the delicate oils. I bought this gooseneck for pour over coffee but quickly ditched that for the french press style which is perfect. I’d choose a fast pour if I was to buy it again because french press doesnt need slow pour. Its not horrible, think the whole thing pours in like 35 seconds.

I bought this to replace a Chefman that did not have temperature presets or a temperature hold, and I wasn’t ready to invest in the similar pot for $135. The gooseneck style makes pouring smooth and safe — no splashing. The kettle comes with virtually no instructions, so you have to sort of poke around to figure out the controls, but they are easy enough. We love the dial for controlling water temperature to our specifications, and the temperature hold is proving useful. I bought the blue kettle, and it looks amazing with my blue cabinets. The copper knobs look upscale.The only thing I don’t love is that the handle is fake wood. It feels fine to the touch, and looks fine until you’re right up on the pot.We love it, and the Chefman is being demoted to the guest room.

You can change the temperature to whatever you want (up to 212° farenheit), farenheit or celsius. It’s great for different types of tea or coffee. I also use it to heat water for my sinus rinse bottle. It’s functional and pretty!

We bought this for our son as he is becoming quite the coffee enthusiast and wanted to try his hand at ‘pour overs’ at home. He LOVES it. Heats quickly, is looks very sleek and high end, and is great quality. Definitely recommend.

It will take using this kettle for a few more months before I can say I have 100% confidence in it, but I love it so far. The color is delightful. The temperature control is perfect for the variety of teas I have, from black to green to white, herbal, chai, maté, matcha and rooibos. It’s very intuitive, and the timer and warming functions are very convenient for people who forget they’re making tea and tend to oversteep. I’ve had trouble with gooseneck kettles breaking at the seam of the spout before, so I’m curious how this will hold up to daily use, but overall very pleased.

My first concern was how well the spout is connected to the pot. Seems quite robust (but certainly not unbreakable). The pot and plate are of good quality and the temp control works fine. It also looks great on the counter – added bonus. This costs a little more than others, but without a side by side, I would say this was an acceptable price for what it is. Yes, I would buy again.

I think that this is a great kettle. Lots of great stuff with this little guy.What you want to know:Possible Cons?It is small and it doesn’t hold a ton of water, if you have a troop… and they all want a water heated…. something… anymore than 2 mugs you’re going to be refilling and reboiling. But because it is small it does heat up water pretty fast, so there’s a bit of give and take on that one.And I will agree with some of the other reviews that the branding on both the kettle AND the base is unnecessary and cheapens it a bit ascetically. That and the copper paint quality is a little on the cheap side too.. show stopper? No, but if Intasting gave a clean base with a less cheap looking knob it would be hard to have stuff to critic as far as the looks go.That’s really it when it comes to the negatives on this for me.So what works and why do I like it?Temp control works like it should (maybe not to the true degree but its consistent), it heats up quickly, the hold temp setting is a great feature if your like me a walk away from the kettle because you got distracted by your dog again, and it looks fantastic! The green, wood grain, and copper really work together in a very non pretentious kind of way.I will say that the gooseneck is taking me a second to get used to, and sometimes when I just want to make some tea and don’t need the precision for a pour-over its a bit annoying.. but it does force me to slow down and actually take part in the process which I am learning to enjoy.When it comes down to it, the Pros far out weigh the Cons… I think that this is a great alternative to something like Fellow’s Stag gooseneck kettle and at less than half the price. Its nothing but win wins over here. Highly Recommend.

This kettle is fantastic, and just big enough. Clocking in at just about a quart (0.9L), I am able to make enough hot water at exactly the temperature I want. I like the look and quality materials of this tea pot. The user interface is simple and it’ll be right at home after a minute or two.I did have a minor issue where my first tea kettle broke suddenly. I had it for a month and suddenly the temperature probe in the kettle started jumping around (i.e. from 60 to 100 to 50 to 212 to 70 etc…) and randomly beeping with no controls working. The seller was quick to respond to my problem and sent me a replacement. I’m very pleased with the tea kettle and their customer service,

I had contemplated getting a stove-model kettle until I came across electric kettles. So many to choose from, but I love the look of this one and especially appreciate the temperature control. It doesn’t come with many instructions, hence only 4 stars for ‘Easy to Use’, but it’s not difficult to figure out. There is no ‘off’ control button, so you just have to cycle through the on, heat, and temp stay until you figure out what is ‘off’. So far, that’s my only issue and it’s very minor. Amongst the many choices I would purchase this one again!

Bought as a bday gift for my partner who loves loose leaf teas (specifically yerba mate) that need to be brewed at specific temperatures. It’s smaller than our former kettle, but enough for just the two of us. It heats water very quickly and the temperature hold is a nice feature if you make a lot of tea. It’s not a total eyesore on my counter, which is an added bonus. After two months of use, it has held up well so far. My partner is happy with it and we’ve gotten a lot of use out of it.
