I replaced an existing unit with the Sivuatek 18kw model. I hired a licensed plumber to do the retrofit and it went very smoothly. He showed me the settings and how to make adjustments. The water is now hot again! So far we are very satisfied and we’re glad that we made the change. The Sivuatek unit is solid, well-designed and functional. We look forward to several years of excellent performance from our Sivuatek tankless water heater.

This tankless water heater has been working perfectly for us so far. It’s nice and sleek looking and takes up very little space. This company is so easy to work with. They’ve been following up with us on how the product has been working and were quick to reply to the questions my husband had. I highly recommend this product and company.

Going from a hot water heater tank to tankless and instant is oh my gosh glorious! I can’t believe I didn’t do this before. I will never ever go back to having a tank in my house because what’s the point? These things take your water and instantly heat it up so that as long as you got water, you got hot water! I now enjoy 30 minute showers with out a blinking an eye. This is a definite must have!

I was looking for a really good on demand water heater to replace my much older version. I live in a 1,800 sq ft home in the Pacific Northwest where temperatures get extremely cold many months out of the year. I needed a high power unit because of the cold. This runs at 24,000kW so it is powerful and perfect. Install was easy and the LED screen is very intuitive and easy to use. I love all of the features it provides. It provides a ton of hot water for my limited daily needs. It far outproduces what I need but am extremely happy to have it when I need it!!

I like the display on this hot water heater. It makes it easy to keep an eye on things and ensure that things are working properly. It is perfect for our 3/2 house. I do suggest professional installation, to make sure it is done correctly. This provides hot water on demand without having to pay to constantly heat the water all day long. It really is a money saver, as well as a space saver. I am very happy with it.

We wanted a tankless hot water heater for our primary bathroom, as it’s furthest from the hot water heater and doesn’t seem to stay hot for as long as we’d like it too. And after we run a load of dishes or anyone else showers in the hall bathroom, we have to wait forever for our normal tank to fill.We have not installed this, because we discovered that the professional installation that we prefer to do, to keep everything in line for insurance purposes, will be a lot more in depth than we thought it would be. And that’s strictly because of where our primary bath is located. It’s not only on the other end of the house from the hot water heater, but it’s on the other end of the house from the electrical box, so we need another electrical box installed closer to where the tankless heater would install, or all new lines run. So, this is waiting for us to decided on which option we will go with and how much money we’ll spend for it. However, I did have my friend, who is an electrician, look over this hot water heater. He said that it will do exactly what we want it to and for less cost than our big hot water heater currently does. He said that everything looks well made and that it’s structurally sound. If not for the install fees, I’d have this baby up and running right now. Can’t wait to install it.

I got this to replace an existing on demand water heater, so replacement was pretty easy. I already had all of the electrical and water connections so it was just a matter of mounting this one and reconnecting everything. This water heater is a little bit bigger than the previous one, and hopefully it will be able to keep up with the demand a little bit better. I have this water heater feeding a bathroom sink and an outdoor shower by my pool. We have fairly high ground temps, we are right on the border of red and orange on the map/temp chart, so we don’t need too much temp raise in the summer. The reason why I went with a slightly bigger option is in case I want to use the outdoor shower in cooler temps. The previous water heater just needed a little bit more heat! I really won’t know if this larger heater helped for a few months when the temps drop. I will provide updates if I see that it is not performing up to par!
