The lock looks like a good quality product when I unbox it is really surprised me and I like how this works. Installation was easy, the holes and the latch of my door exactly matched this lock. The app and the internal software works very smoothly and quickly. Everything was set up under 5 minutes. There are 4 types methods for access my home, fingerprint ,keycard, digital key lock with Keypad and app control. The cool thing and the convenient thing is that I can set up multiple fingerprint easy for all family members. The fingerprint recognition is not only quick but also accurate.Would definitely recommend.

Good thing it does not need a key all the time it works great with fingerprint. Installation is easy and clear.This is what I was expecting good to have a keyless lock, it is heavily-built door lock. I like having this on my inside garage door so I can go in and out without carrying a key works perfect with just fingerprint and it is an auto Lock which is great feature. Definitely recommend this lock to anyone.

I bought this to replace a locking door handle so that it would be easier to allow access when I wasn’t around. Installation was a breeze, taking me about 10 minutes to remove the old handle and install the new. The door now latches probably more smoothly than it did with the previous handle. Programming was easy, and I’ve not set up both the provided cards, fingerprints and passcodes for several people, including one done remotely when I wasn’t home. I had one question during setup that I sent to the seller’s provided email address, and they responded promptly and cleared up the question. As this has been installed only recently, I don’t yet have a sense of how long the batteries last or how durable the lock is, but so far, so good!As a note, this locking handle is bluetooth only. If you wish to have remote access, you need a wifi bridge, which I purchased and was easy to set up.

Brought this lock back over six months ago after researching to find one that would fit the (tight) dimensions of the existing door. This one fit perfectly. It was also easy to install and set up on our phones. Everything about the lock was actually more than we expected, and have been very pleased. But for no apparent reason, the lock stopped working and nothing seemed to fix it (replacing batteries; hitting the reset button, etc.). I contacted the seller (which I found the email contact info at the end of the online operating manual) and they quickly responded- requesting a picture of the invoice and a short video of the lock (I assume to assure that the lock had not been abused)- and then sent another lock immediately- with an extended warranty to go with it! So- all together- I would definitely recommend this lock and seller. The price is good; the functionality is great, and they stand by their product.

It should be universal fit, and installation is straightforward. It offers three reliable unlocking methods. With the key left in the car, you no longer have to worry about forgetting your house key. Keep in mind that calling a locksmith costs over a hundred dollars per visit. It’s been a satisfying purchase experience

We purchased two Digi locks and love them both. We use the locks on a short-term rental. I can use my phone to change lock codes and unlock doors from wherever I am located. We bought two of these, and we love them! Once installed, it is so much easier to keep the house locked and secure because they automatically lock. The fingerprint and code based pad make it so much easier to enter without fumbling for keys, and there is a key too, just in case. We can also open using our phones. I love having all these options. The batteries seem to last forever, so we’re not constantly having to change them.Connecting to our phones was interesting. We have a techy person who helped us, and it was not super intuitive. If tech is not really your thing, you’ll need help to get everything running correctly.
