This is my second fit index scale. First one was ruined when my bathroom got flooded. This time I upgraded. These are great scales and I love how they integrate with the app to give you so much info. It’s always accurate and was easy to set up with the app.

I have to admit that I don’t use all of the features. I really purchased the scale just to track my weight. I love how easy it is to use, that it was affordable, and the fact that its rechargeable is a plus. I like that the app keeps track of my previous weights and all other measurements including BMI for me. I cannot attest to the accuracy of the other measurements, but I can say that I used 10 lb weights to calibrate the scale and the weight measurement was spot on. I also had a positive experience with customer service. I phoned for help getting started when I first received the scale. They were helpful in guiding me on the phone and they sent follow up emails with helpful information on how to recharge the scale when needed. I’ve been using the scale for about one month and so far, I have not had to recharge it. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I have been using the FitIndex scale for years now, (about 3-4 years) and weigh myself on it daily. I love how it has so many areas it focuses on and you can see your trends on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly average to compare how you’re doing or just to see how far you’ve come.The scale works with an app on your phone. The different areas it scores you on are: weight / BMI / Body Fat / Fat-Free Body Weight / Subcutaneous Fat / Visceral Fat / Body Water / Skeletal Muscle / Muscle Mass / Bone Mass / Protein / BMR / and Metabolic Age.You can have more than one person in the app so you can do it with a friend or loved one and support one another as you challenge each other to get where you want to be. It has really helped me tremendously in getting in better shape and health. People talk about routines, this is my main routine every day. It has different colors to let you know where you need work based on national numbers etc. It’s a must have for anyone who wants to be their best healthy person!!This is the second scale of FitIndex I have owned and I loved it so much that I bought one for my BF so he could get motivated and get himself in tip top shape. If you do this often and eat healthy and exercise, you will see all your stats show the progress. If you go too far on the holidays, this scale will let you know by signaling with a pig noise!! I love it as it keeps me in check when I over indulge!I highly recommend. without hesitation!!

I’ve had this now for over 4 months. It is an excellent buy and well worth it. I bought it while shifting my diet over to a low-carb diet. It has monitored my weight loss daily over this time. I’ve lost 21 pounds and I’ve watched my body fat and BMI come into normal ranges. I was probably only 10 pounds overweight but I’m still losing.The scale is accurate and repeatable. I can step on and off and it weighs the same. The rechargeable battery lasts quite a long time. I use it daily and recharged it after 4 months. It probably could have gone longer but I just plugged it in and recharged it, no batteries to replace. I like the app and the instant connection to the scale when I weigh in. You need to have your phone in bluetooth range and the app up and it syncs instantly. It will also sync to the FitBit app but it seems to be a day behind. Not sure why, could be on the FitBit end to force you to buy one of their overpriced scales. Don’t waste your money on a FitBit scale, get one of these and it will work fine. I’m not sure how accurate all the various measurements are that it takes and/or estimates. I wish I had better insight in how the scale makes these measurements or calculations. So I take these with a grain of salt but I can say that I can see the fat loss for myself and even if there is error in these absolute measurements it shows me I am on the right track. The thing I’d most be interested in is how it calculates my base metabolic rate. Overall I would recommend. It has helped me stay focused on my fitness.
