it is very easy to set up everything, there is a online website show me step by step how to download a software first then setting up, it only took me couple minutes to finish it. it works very well, print out label very fast, it very quiet. very good price, it definitely worth the money, also cut my cost down, before i used regular printer for shipping labels, that time i need to pay too much money for buying ink, but this freeX thermal printer doesn’t request a ink!

I’ve been using a zebra for a few years now that is a workhorse. I realized that should probably have a backup printer on hand as I print quite a few labels and i’d be in trouble if I couldn’t print for a few days. Well, the FreeX was priced right and arrived super fast. It was easy to set up and printed from ebay just like my Zebra did. I would buy again if I needed a new one.

I am very pleased with this printer. It works well and prints fast. I’m just starting my small business. I used a printer for my small business before. Every time, I have to waiting my poor printer to finish up printing, then cutting the labels and tapping them. It waste my time. Now, this little thing save my time, it makes easier! Love this product for my small business! Easy to use! Please read the instructions and watch the installation video first, before getting start.

The print quality is very good if you are looking for shipping labels. The machine is extremely fast in printing. Be aware that you cannot change the USB port, this is the only downside to it. If you put the cable in another USB port the computer will not see the printer at all, strange

So far this has been a great printer. I am really happy with the speed. I got tired of printing out on paper and worrying about the paper being torn in route to its destination. These labels stick very well. I’ve been using them for Ebay sales and Amazon returns. The only issue I have is that I wish it was a little smaller. It’s kind of bulky.

This printer has helped me a lot. I need to mail the products I sell often, and I used to print labels with the printer and then tape them to the boxes. Now I don’t have to do that anymore, this label machine saves me a lot of time. It’s very simple and easy to operate once you learn how to use it.
