We are really pleased with this heater so far. Bought for a bathroom as supplemental heating to main house heating. The product looks clean, smart and modern and functions just the same. The Wifi is a must and the main reason i purchased this device. The app allows you to control the heater from the phone but more importantly to schedule the device to turn on and turn off at preset times (like early morning), at your desired temperature, and on your choices of days (like “work days only” as an example). The heater works by radiant heat but also has a blower. The blower is not overly loud. There are 3 selectable modes for the blower/heat power: Low, High and Auto. Auto mode operates at full power (100%) until the room (ambient) temperature is within a degree or so of the set (desired) temperature and then it “throttles down” to 50% until the room is up to the desired set temperature. High and Low modes simply operate at High (100%) or Low (50%) continually until the desired temperature is achieved and the thermostat turns the product off, the same as a normal HVAC thermostat control. We simply leave it on Auto mode. The display panel is excellent, you can modify the brightness if desired (also from the app!). The current temperature is displayed and you can manually adjust the set level using the + or – keys (it’s essentially a touch screen display almost). The new set temperature will flash for a few seconds for you to see (when adjusted) and then the display returns to the ambient temperature as the heater attempts to meet the set level. Both levels (set and ambient) are displayed together on the app so you can see what the room is and what your appliance is trying to get to. I put a new outlet in the bathroom wall and strategically located the outlet at the rear where there is a large cable storage area with a removable storage cover recessed into the rear plastic body of the heater. This way the cord and outlet are not seen when mounted and it is flush to the wall – it looks great this way and looks like it is “hard-wired” – i included a photo. Note that the rating is 1500Watts which is approximately 12.5 Amps so take this into account if you have other loads on your circuit for wire and breaker sizing but remember that this is a continuous maximum rating (100% power) and this product is not designed to run at 100% indefinitely (since it is thermostat controlled). Also be aware that any bathroom outlets need to be GFCI (although this device does not have a ground pin – it does not exempt an additional outlet from being a GFCI). As always, you should consult a certified electrician and adhere to all code regulations especially for bathroom, kitchen or similar applications. The only issue encountered was during initial wifi setup. When downloading the Smart Life app the initial app install asked for some generic global settings about locations services and out of an abundance of caution i declined some of them (security / privacy reasons). After 30 minutes of frustration trying to discover the device using the EZ connect method and then the manual AP method i finally realized that one of these settings was preventing the discovery of the heater on my network. I was just about to call the help line. (Under iPhone General Settings>Smart Life>Local Network slider should be “on” to “allow Smart Life to access”. This is not in the App set up or in the product literature. If this is not set to “on” the heater will not connect at all. As soon as i changed it to on it became available. Since then the Wifi has been consistent and never dropped once in 2 weeks. When the unit is unplugged from the outlet for a long duration the settings remain and so the unit reconnects automatically without user intervention (in case of power outage). The unit is wall mount only but i believe that feet for floor standing are available for purchase from the seller via Amazon. In summary, this was a great purchase for looks, functionality, convenience and performance. Highly Recommended and i am not easily pleased!

I have searched everywhere online and with friends and family for help finding a heater that would warm a camper and have not been able to find anything so I just have to say being the first one to do it that so far I am in love with this heater. Although it has only been a few days that I have been using this heater I will update this when it starts getting really cold. But as of right now 10/21/2023 I absolutely love this heater. I live in a 5th Wheel camper so I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a heater that could not only heat the camper but not run constantly and seeing there is no reviews you really have to do some research. Good news is this heater so far has been amazing. It not only heats the entire 5th wheel but keeps it comfortable. I have mine set to the auto setting at 70° and where the temperature has dropped outside to 30° at night. I have stayed warm without having to find another heat source to accompany it. I also love that it stays cool to the touch above the heating element, back and top of the heater being it is on the ground and I have small dogs that had to be nosey and check it out…lol. One of main concerns when buying this was it flipping the breaker being that it is being used in a camper. This heater does not do that. It runs so quietly, effectively and efficiently. Also if it tips over it does shut off as well. I also like I am able to use other things in my home without worrying about flipping the breaker. Which is a plus in my book. I love that it has 2 lifetime filters on each side that can be easily removed for cleaning and the remote control is a plus also. I like the large LCD screen that is touch screen if you choose not to use the remote which will allow you to accurately choose the temperature that you would like without playing the guessing game. I also like the fact that I am sitting across the room and can feel the heat coming from it. When it gets to the temperature it kicks off and the quiet little fan cools off the heating elements getting it ready for the next cycle. I also like that it does not take very long to heat up my home for example when I leave and I get back and turn it on. Unlike my previous heater which was noisy and took forever it seemed like just to get the chill out of the air. I would definitely recommend this heater for anyone looking to heat a small area under 700 to 1,000 square feet. If at any time my opinion changes for example when it gets really cold outside I will be absolutely certain to update my review but as of today I am so thankful that I bought it. Hopefully if you are a 5th wheel owner like myself and have a well insulated home like mine this will be of help to you also when considering your next purchase of a heater to heat your home.

I have a 14 x 24 ft (single car) insulated garage turned into a game room in the Pacific Northwest. I was considering getting a heat pump to keep the space warm and reduce humidity, but this heater is working really well.I tested the Low and High settings on two consecutive days with similar weather (42°F to 48°F outside) for 4 hours, starting at the same time in the morning. I measured using a separate thermometer/hygrometer placed in a different spot.On the Low setting, the temperature went from 45°F to 62°F, and humidity dropped from 75% to 58%. After 4 hours, it struggled to go past 62°F.Next day, on the High setting, it went from 45°F to 67°F, and humidity dropped from 75% to 53%. After the 4 hours it would hit 70°F+.Even though the garage is insulated it was CRITICAL to address drafts. I filled the small holes in the corners of the garage doors, and I was surprised by how much of a difference that made for efficient heating. Some reviewers commented that the heater’s thermometer is way off. You will notice there is nothing wrong with it if the other thermometer you’re using to compare is at the same height. Big differences at different heights indicate drafts or poor insulation.Wifi connection works reliably, the power cord doesn’t get warm at all, very easy to install. Great buy overall!

We’ve added two Heat Storm HS-1500-PHX-WIFI Infrared Heaters to our 1870s farmhouse, and they’ve been fantastic. Despite the size and age of our house, these heaters keep our 800 sqft downstairs area comfortably warm. The auto mode is excellent for maintaining a consistent temperature during cold months. What I appreciate most is the ease of use. The Wi-Fi connectivity allows for temperature control from my phone and integrates seamlessly with Alexa, making adjustments a breeze. Setting schedules and temperatures remotely is incredibly convenient.Installation was surprisingly easy. The provided template and level made mounting the heaters on the wall a simple task. The wall mount design is a great space-saver and the heater stays cool to the touch, ensuring safety. In summary, the Heat Storm HS-1500-PHX-WIFI Infrared Heater is a blend of efficiency, modern technology, and user-friendliness, making it a top choice for those in older homes seeking a reliable heating solution.

Our old heater went out so we had to order a new heater and decided to try something different than the cheap fireplace looking heaters from Walmart. The first one made a really loud rattling noise but worked so well and was so easy to use that we hated the idea of going back to the older push button heaters that don’t turn off when the room gets to temp. We returned the defective heater and then ordered a second one and that one was quiet and efficient. We were so happy with it that we ordered a third and both of the ones we still have work splendidly. Definitely worth the difference in price.

I have purchased several of the Heatstorm Heaters. I love how well6 they work with google home and i was able to automate it easily. I bought this one because it was for a living room and it has kept it at a very comfortable temperature. It is quiet, heats up quickly and works great. It looks great and fits our home well. The cable was a bit shorter (3ft) than i expected but i was able to make it work.It comes with a mounting template that works fantastically. The template comes with a level built in to ensure a level mount. It is light weight and heats up well.I have purchased 5 heaters from this company in total and the 1 time i had a problem they were very professional and helped me out a lot and in a timely manner.I recommend this line of heaters to anyone looking for a heater.

Took a chance and glad I did. Have ceramic towers and it’s cozy in front of them but not once you walk away from them. Bought the Heat Storm. Took it out of the box and had it on the wall in about 5 min. Turn it on. First I will say it blows. Stood 10-12′ away from it and I could fill the draft. In about 20min, it took the chill factor out of my living/dining room. Not warm snuggly, but brought the chill factor to comfy. I’m now in a t-shirt and I feel no chill. I don’t want the room to get warm/hot, then you’re screwing with the thermostat because it’s too warm or the air gets stuffy. Its been on for an hour and I can hear the cold air blowing outside and I’m sitting here typing in a neutral comfy room. I’m sure if I leave it cranked up, it’ll get warm and stuffy but right now it’s a nice 70 degrees while 50 degrees and windy outside. I’ll be ordering a second unit for my bedroom. No more ceramic floor towers in my way. BTW… light weight and looks stylish on the wall. Volume level is minimal, sounds like a fan on low.

We installed two Heat Storm HS-1500-PHX-WIFI Infrared Heater, Wifi Wall Mounted heaters over the weekend in our 1700 sqft cabin in the mountains of Central Idaho. Prior to installation, the heat was running off of our all electric furnace. When we are not using the cabin the temperature is set at 55 degrees. When at the cabin we set the temperature to 68 degrees. The heaters were installed on Saturday the 20th and set to 65 degrees F. On Sunday evening they were reduced to 55 degrees F. We went from using 102-126 kWh to 26 kWh a day, setting the two heaters and the furnace to 55 degrees F. Although it has only been five days, I am thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of these two heaters. Looking forward to seeing our next Idaho Power Bill.

We bought 2 of these for a large 12 x 20 ft outdoor shed that we turned into a well insulated studio. 2 was more than we needed but 1 wouldn’t have been enough for the space as a primary heat source.Today, we are having an Arctic blast and when I woke up this morning it was -10 with a -32 wind chill. The house thermostat was set at 72 degrees and the temp inside was 65 degrees. My husband went out to the studio and his heaters were also set to 72 degrees and it was 70 degrees inside. Pretty impressive!I am waiting for the next couple of electric bills to see how much electricity they use but I am considering getting a couple for the house to supplement when needed and so we don’t have to use our gas furnace as much. So far, we are really impressed.

I needed heaters for my RV and space heaters were not working. Read a review from another RV’er and decided to give them a try! They are the best thing I’ve purchased for my RV they heat the whole RV. I have three because I have a toy hauler(seperate back space with a door) living room and bedroom. I prob only need one for bedroom and living room. But when I’m not in living room I just turn that one off and when I’m in bedroom I just turn it off instead of moving them all the time. They work off of WiFi so can be controlled from your phone. I love that I can leave them off all day and then when I’m about to get home I can turn them on from phone and have the Rv cozy for when I get home. You can set them at a temp and it works just like a house when it’s that temp they turn off and come back on when it drops below. Def would recommend.
