So I pretty much weigh in every morning. Whether I’m headed for hibernation (a.k.a. winter) and packing on extra pounds (ouch) or headed to summer and sheding them (yay). I’ve had a digital scale for a number of years now and have been very happy with it; however, you always have to try some new technology. The Innotech scale is a Bluetooth scale that has an associated app for the phone. I have an Android and my daughter has an iPhone. Both apps on each platform work flawlessly.Bluetooth Pairing. This was super simple. Note, you do not use the normal pairing of your phone. The app has its own pairing feature and this helps to keep track of who’s who. You do need to be on your profile when weighing in and have the app running. Whats nice is that as long as you don’t change your profile to someone else in the family, it always loads the last used. So you don’t have to monkey around with selecting yourself each time. Super easy.Size.The size of the same is exactly the same as my previous scale (see photos). Fits perfectly into our bathroom and looks great.Easy of Use.You simply grab your phone, load the app, and step on the scale. It takes but a second to get your weight and then the scale will take about 20s to get your BMI and other values. Btw, I recommend stepping on first thing in the morning right before the shower to get your best weight. You’ll be at your lightest. ;-)The AppThis is where the product comes to life. Data. There are different data points plus your weight. You have BMI, protein, bone mass, body fat, water, BMR, visceral fat, and muscle. For each of these, you can see trend lines over time. 7 days, 4 weeks, and 12 months. This is way easier than the days of entering in your weight each day into an app. We’ve all been there. No more.Integrations.There are a couple of items to note. There is a Fitbit Integration allowing you to send data to that app as well as a Google Fit Integration. While I cannot speak for the Apple platform, being able to send data into Samsung health would be nice. That being said, there’s a sync app that allows me to send Samsung health data to Google Fit so I can see everything in one place. So in short. Innotech sends the data to Google Fit, Samsung health sends data into Google Fit. So I get all the data about me (scale + watch) in one place.Overall, everything works great, and compared to my previous scale, I’m 0.2 pounds lighter. I’ll take it.

First of all, I would absolutely buy the scale again. My family found it helpful to have the trend data on the app. The only annoyance was when someone would forget their phone and have to go running through the hallway in a towel, lol. Here is further information…After my initial purchase I tested the scale along with several other household members. I was interested in seeing how well it would track all of our individual data, from smaller bodies to larger. I was impressed how the scale easily communicated with the app, and how easy it was to use overall. There are several things you should know first.1. In my home I am more inclined to carry around my iPad then my phone. So I attempted to install the app on my iPad. Imagine my frustration when I could not find the app for the scale. I looked and looked and looked, visited the companies website, read the scale information on Amazon again… And no luck. at this point I was ready to return the scale out of sheer frustration. The next morning I realized I should look in the App Store with my iPhone before giving up. And right there the Innotech app popped up. It was easy to download and set up. Apparently this app is not intended to use with an iPad, which does disappoint me.2. This is not a scale where you just step on the scale and get a number. You must have your phone with you! You’ll have to place the scale in such a place where you can put the phone in front of you. In our case, we decided the scale was best placed in front of a full wall of cabinets in the bathroom. I just open the door of the cabinet, place the phone on a shelf in front of me.3. Open the app and make sure you’re on the ‘Dashboard’ screen. It will look like the scale with a pointer at your weight.4. At the top of the dashboard screen it will say ’ Please step on the scale barefoot.’ You want to make sure that each foot is placed with the center silver raised button in between your feet.5. At the top of the screen it will say ‘Please do not move…’6. You should still be standing still. Limiting your movement. Then the dashboard screen will say ‘Complete.’ At this point you can step off of the scale, and pick up your phone to see your weight and the data. (When I was first figuring this out, I did move before realizing the phone screen would tell me when to move. It did mess up the data.)7. In the app look at the bottom of the screen menu options. Your choices are goal, trends, dashboard, info and me. To see the data this scale has compiled, go to ‘Trends’. Swipe to the left through the different options. In my pictures attached, you will see the different screens. One of the things we did was to do weights at the different times of day to see what difference they made. The lower weights for in the morning, the heavier weights were at night before bed.Overall I am very happy with this scale. It is not 100% accurate, as you will see if you look at my pictures. On the screen and dashboard where it says complete, the math was wrong on how far I need to go to my goal weight. It was 2.5 pounds off, and I’m sure this is just a data error. And one of my pictures where this is shown, I circled it and put a red ? Please note that I am successfully down over 40 pounds already. I find it easier to manage small steps as my goal rather than a big long-distance goal.(I’d sure appreciate no harsh comments, as you are not aware of the health challenges I have faced that have created the body I have. I assure you it is not laying on the couch and eating bonbons! As I wanted you to have all the data from my personal experience, I laid out my full experience and data.)Also, I should mention that the scale does go up to 400 pounds, which I think is great. It successfully weighed small grandchildren as well. It’s very versatile! It is also very sturdy. I never felt like my weight was going to hurt it in anyway. It never felt shaky or unbalanced. The construction quality seems to be excellent. I have no doubt that you would do well with this scale in your home. I am quite pleased to have it in mind!

This scale is super easy to setup. Download the app, it’ll find your scale, and you’re paired up. App is pretty nice, which is good because that’s usually the main thing you are using with one of these scales. Set goals, track trends over time, gives all sorts of metrics. The scale itself is nice looking too, sleek with a clear display on it. All in all, a nice looking, and great performing scale. Two things to know about this (or any similar) scale. First, you have to place it on a solid flat surface, not carpet or the like. Second, you have to weigh yourself barefoot. The scale will only weigh your weight correctly if you have something on your feet, and will likely cause false readings on any other metrics (BMI, muscle, etc) because it uses sensors which require bare feet for those things.

features – I am unbelievably impressed with the features this has over and above what I read on the features on Amazon. I have had this for a couple of weeks now. Excellent in every way and I am guessing I have many more features yet to be discovered. I downloaded the app to an Android and also my wife’s iPhone. Both worked very well. I could have given each an individual app or share the one I use with multiple users. It was easier to have all in one application.Blue tooth connectivity: Multiple users including my grandchildren. The pairing is very easy. You do have to be barefooted to use all of the functions.Connectivity to multiple cell phones with record keeping ability for many users. It even works with a wiggly 2 ½ years old better than it works for an overly fat, 81-year old. However, if the application is not currently running on the phone, the weight won’t capture.Accuracy: Measurers and tracks many-body indexes and metrics: I compared the results of weight on my old scale and they were both right-on. The advertisement says measurers to 400 pounds, but I think it may go to 450 pounds, but I have no way to test it.Additional features: It takes care of weight, body fat, BMI, water, Bone Mass, fat, muscle mass, protein, and probably more else than you need! It connects through the application and will transfer to other smart apps including watches.Attractiveness: Thickness seems to be just right. The viewing for results is large enough for me to read without my glasses. I bought the white one and it blends in with the white bath. But, I am more impressed with the features of this scale.Value: I cannot believe this is the same price as other scales without all of the features.

I am really enjoying this scale, that’s something coming from someone trying to lose the extra pounds ! I love how it breaks everything down with the phone app. It was easy to install and connect to the scale. I feel like it makes my daily intake choices better since I can see the differences when I weigh in I was invited to try this scale out and after using it for a week, I feel like it gives me an honest approach for my goals.. I would recommend this scale for anyone looking to keep their eyes open while managing their weight. I do not use a fit bit or Google fit but this scale also has the ability to connect to them. I am downloading the fit app and will update this review.Update: I have been using this scale for about a month now. I used the Google fit app with the scale but I don’t like things around my wrist unless it’s loose. However, I’m still loving this scale. I can track not only my weight but also muscle and bmi as I pursue my weight loss journey. It is encouraging to see not only your weight decrease but it also adds muscle mass that shows me how my work outs are going. If you like tech toys or need extra encouragement from your scale, I would recommend it. It is also attractive, this profile with clear digital readings. It connects to your phone app immediately, gives you the breakdown and tracks your progress.

The media could not be loaded. The digital scale with a white glass top looks real sharp in any home. It’s a very decent size; FYI, I am 7.5 in US women shoe size. So easy to use–open the box, pull the tag from the battery compartment, lay flat on a firm surface, and voila! The Bluetooth connection to the app was also very easy to setup–download the Innotech app from the app store, open up the app, fill in some basic information, stand on the scale, and synced! Very user-friendly.The app provides very comprehensive data… perhaps TMI for my own good… I didn’t even realize how dehydrated I was or my alarming body fat. The weight and the body fat percentage show up very quickly upon standing on the scale with big bright numbers (reminding me of my shame). Ever since I got this digital scale, I’ve been more conscious about eating right and drinking more water. The app keeps track of history in every category from the weight, BMI, body fat, muscle, water, bone mass, BMR, visceral fat, to protein. It’s really rewarding to see how the “good” numbers go up and the “bad” ones go down. This is one of those things that I didn’t know I need until I have it.

I’ve been looking for a scale for the longest time ever, affordable, glass, good quality and ofcoarse accurate as can be. Then I stumbled across smart scales as I was doing some searching. It was then on that I decided to get a smart one instead of a regular scale as it can tell you more about ur body. Now, going into these nd reading almost all the reviews both negative nd positive I understood that none are 100% accurate but I wanted to get as close as possible for my money. From all the ones I saw this one was the one that A) Had least negative reviews, and B) was most accurate besides meeting all my requirements. After months of debating I decided to give it a chance nd boy AM I HAPPY! To get ur weight you don’t really have to be logged into ur account, you just hop on like you would on a normal scale, but if you want to know more like muscle mass, water, etc. then ofcoarse you log in, hop on bear foot and wait till the scale is done calculating. I checked my weight here nd on a normal scale at my mother’s and the weight is accurate. By the looks of it I want to say the rest of the info given is as well as it does line up with my body type nd weight so I don’t really have any negatives on it. On an accidental note, I stayed logged in while my husband used it (he also logged in) nd it didn’t affect my chart on my app and it put his information down in his like it should. Don’t know how that worked but I’m happy I don’t really have to worry about that in case of more accidents where I forget to log out. I just really wish instead of adding a family member to my account it would automatically link to an existing account that way we don’t have to worry about accidents. Other than that I’m very happy nd recomend this scale if your looking for something affordable nd good quality👌🏻.

I downloaded the app and get a very detailed review of not only my weight but BMI, water weight and so much more. Really is helping me on my weight loss journey to have accurate in depth detail of all of the weight management pieces.
