For the price, at first may turn you off…. But once you are able to get this thing to work and pick the right scent, this will give your entire house a beautiful smell. If you’ve ever been to a 4 or 5 star hotel, and not matter where you went within that hotel it had a specific scent, this is similar to the machines they use. It’s made of quality material. Does not make any loud noise at all…. You end up realizing after you’ve spent the money on it that it was indeed worth the price, because it supercedes the value completely.It’s easy to put together, I think the lock and key is a waste, if that key gets lost it can become very frustrating, as it will not be easy to open. It should be a screw on instead of a key to lock it.The screen is very confusing, I kind of felt like you have to be an electrical engineer to understand how to use it. The app is okay once you get to understand it, it’s not well thought out or user friendly at all, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes bearable…. Now, the app is very buggy, some days it is hard to sign in, other days it kicks you out, and when it does the unit isn’t functional unless you manually turn it on. The app only works on wifi, no matter what I tried, the cellular will not work, so I don’t understand why it’s an option. I would like to turn it on before I get home so I can walk into the house smelling amazing.The scents for this machine are amazing, although expensive, but worth it because as big as this machine is, it really doesn’t use a lot of the scent. The app tells you how many days the scent will last, not sure how accurate it is, but I’ve been using it every day and it says I have 38 days left of usage compared to the 50 days it started with. And when I look at the bottle, I have more than half left.I also tried to use it for the HVAC system, but for some reason it didn’t work, I’m sure I did something wrong. With that said, buy it, get it on sale, and you will thank me for it later.

This model worked pretty well on spreading the essential oil smell without needing extra water and using surprisingly little oil in itself. It works for a decent size room and honestly it did not require me to do very much. I did not have to refill too often. I just had to do some initial adjustment and it was good to go on its own. This is a fairly big device. It is not something you can mount. It does have grip on the bottom so it does not slide and it also balances well. Short of knocking it over like a glass of water, this will have no issues with falling. One thing I will say is that it does require certain oils and they are not the cheapest. That being said, it does not use up the oil quickly at all. If you were to use essential oils with water, you would actually run out quicker than if you use this which is surprising. You essentially save money in the long run with this device. This device is nice in that everything is easily automated and programmed to your liking. I can actually control the device with my phone which is nice. It will tell me if I need to do anything such as add more oil. This device is not battery powered and it does need to be plugged in to work. The on board screen is nice. It gives you the basic information while you phone will give you additional information. It is not noisy at all which is great. You can even program days where you want it to be more active. The scent is not extremely strong so it is not over using the oils. It is prone to scratches though on the glossy front. There are controls on the device itself if you do not want to use your phone. Please note that it is only connected to your device via bluetooth. It is not a wifi device. The instructions are not bad. Overall this device does a good job in utilize the essential oils without burning through the oil or causing it to be too strong. It is VERY low maintenance and easy to setup for the most part. You really only have to do the initial setup but once you are done it is good to go. It is not a smart device where you can connect it to your alexa but it honestly would not really need to. You set it up how you want and can adjust accordingly. It also disperses really well. The sides are prone to scratching but it looks pretty nice. You could place it anywhere in the room but it just needs to be near and outlet.

I’ve been wanting to get this for some time now. I wish I wouldn’t have waited. I got the one with the included scent and it smells great.I connected it to our hvac. I have a Honeywell thermostat and I just set the thermostat to run on “Circulate” mode. So when there is no heat or AC call, the fan will run intermittently. This works well to distribute the scent throughout the house. The scent that comes with it is 100ml so it doesnt fill up the internal bottle all the way. But it’s a good start to get up and running.I have messed with the scent timings a lot and think I have settled on 10 seconds on and 120 seconds off. Overnight I have it set to 10 seconds on and 600 seconds off. This seems to be a great mix of both a nice smelling house and longevity of the scent. It calculated approx 100 days of use with those intervals and the included 100ml of scent. The scents are pretty expensive so I wanted to get a nice balance. One of the reasons I wanted to go this route is because it’s a pain having to replace the plug in style 30 day scents all the time.I look forward to trying some of the other scent options down the road but for now the spring breeze that came with it will last awhile.Setup and use of the machine is very easy. It didn’t take more than 20 minutes to install and setup. The app interface connects every time and is very intuitive. I haven’t even used the interface on the unit itself.I highly recommend this unit if you are on the fence. I’d imagine this could scent up a lot of space when connected to an hvac system. My house is an 1800sqft ranch and I think the unit is fairly turned down and it smells great.

Initially received my diffuser from Amazon and for some reason it wouldn’t diffuse. However, JCloud provides excellent instructions on troubleshooting / contacting their service. They sent me a new JCloud diffuser within 3-days. Even more amazing, they provide a 2-year replacement warranty if there’s any issues. This one works perfectly and fills the entire home with fragrance. You can fully program the machine from the panel, but I find the app much easier. It rapidly connects and allows for adjustments. I love that I can schedule for times when I’m hope and prevent wasting of fragrance when I’m not home. If you chose not to connect to the HVAC system, this JCloud model is pretty aesthetically pleasing so you can certainly just leave it sitting out in your home. It also has a HUGE reservoir for holding fragrance oil. I’d certainly buy this again. I’d also highly recommend customer service if there are any issues as they are quick to resolve and very pleasant. Compared to more expensive models, this diffuser offers even more features at a fraction of the price!

I am pleased with this diffuser as it is powerful, quiet and can be controlled by the app via Bluetooth. I’ve had issues with other (different company) similar size diffusers that were very loud almost like a tire air compressor pump, as well as not really diffusing the oil but merely pumping it out into the room causing the oil to land and cover the nearby furniture and floor making a slippery mess so I had to return that one to that company. So far I am pleased with this unit and hope it continues to serves us well!.

This product has good finishes! it feels and looks expensive. It works and looks as described, and the product leaves a great smell all over the house throughout the day! my wife loves receiving receiving compliments from my guests when she host. we completely stopped buying those scented candles that last for one day and cost about $15.. $50 pure fragrance oil last about 3months and we have it running constantly, we just turn it up a notch for when we have people overOne of the best diffuser I ever bought! Makes the whole house smell. Wonderful diffuser, excellent quality, super easy to replace the oil essence and you can regulate the quantity and frequency of the steam especially how you want your oil to last.. I have mine turn on from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM at 10s then 280s downtime.. 100ml last me 2 monthsThis one is perfect! No complain!

I’m really sensitive to scents and I did not know what to expect when I purchased the item. but after using the product I was quite impressed with the scent and how simple the device was to set up. I was a little confused by the key and had to watch the video to learn to use it. Otherwise it’s worth the price.

I’ve had my Jcloud since the end of September with the scent My Way (it smells amazing). This week I just went to replace the scent and noticed that I lost the key and one of the pieces to the machine, I reached out to the company for a new key wondering if they would send one. Guess what?! They’re sending me a whole new machine !! They respond right away and are very kind. I’ve never had such amazing service. More important than the product, is how you treat your costumers, thank you Jcloud. Just because they treat me so well I am a client for life !

We are using it in a 1600 st ft condo and the difference it makes far exceeds our expectations. The scent moves throughout the condo and remains until it needs refilling. Simple to refill and quiet despite some of the reviews, I don’t feel it makes any noise. I had a small issue but Jclouds customer service rep went above and beyond to help me. Overall I recommend it 😀.
