I got this security cam for my bedroom before leaving on a trip. I don’t trust one of my room mates because they’ve been acting a bit sus lately so here we are. I like that the cam design is in the shape of a cat so that is what drew me to it as well as the affordable price. It was very easy to set up: all you have to do is insert a mini SD card (optional), scan the QR code to get the app from the Google Play store, plug in the cam, and follow the instructions in the app to sync your cam to your home wifi. The cam is as loud as a megaphone (lol) I was actually hoping it would be a little more discreet and on the quiet side (I didn’t want literally everyone to know I was setting up a surveillance cam in my room; I had to cover the speaker with my hand during installation to muffle it lolol). I had to temporarily disable my smartphone’s data to get the cam to sync to our home WiFi; after it was set up, I just turned my data back on.In terms of features, the app provides continuous video surveillance via the cam. There is an insignificant delay of one or two seconds but that can just be due to wifi quality. As I mentioned earlier, you can store things with a mini SD card (optional) but you don’t need it. To my surprise the app offers an automatic promotion applied to your account of one month (30 days) free cloud storage which is awesome and quite generous (I am very grateful for it). After the promotion ends there are a lot of affordable options for cloud storage. The motion detection is great! I tested it out on different sensitivities and I like using medium and high. You can turn off the loud alarm the cam emits for motion detection by just unselecting the whole calendar associated with the audio alarm. There is a different setting for getting motion detection push notifications to your phone which you can just leave on by keeping the whole calendar for it selected and by adjusting the frequency of notifications. The night vision is excellent, I was impressed with the quality.This is a really good camera, I’m glad I found it on my search.

This camera was perfect for what we wanted! I LOVE the duel option. I have never seen one before until I found this one and it’s perfect because we searched “bulk security cameras,” needing multiple per room to get all angles but this one has one camera that stays in place and one that moves with motion activation! The motion detection works perfectly & I absolutely love it. The price for this is comparable to the SINGLE camera security cameras which was shocking. The camera app offers multiple paid subscription options if you do not have an SD card. The app is totally customizable and very user friendly. The picture quality is great. We had no issues figuring everything out without the handbook. We are completely happy with our purchase and highly recommend!

Easy to use and helps put your mind at ease when away from home. I can see and talk to my pets when away. Make sure everything is okay. The camera rotates around the room so you get a great view. Would buy again!

It’s easy to use.and the play back of SD card is easy to scroll there it’s highlighted red when there’s movement and when it’s none the colr doesn’t change….I like this camera better than wyze just because of that.

Good video resolution (HD), reasonable price (under $25), no extra cost or fees needed (no need to pay for cloud storage); so it’s a great value for the money. I initially bought 2 cameras and will likely get more in the gear future. once system is set up, you can access the camera 24/7. When accessing the video you can easily maneuver the camera. Video access and control through a smartphone app; allows use of multiple smartphones even if you enter just one username password. You can talk to the unit from anywhere using the smartphone.This basically replaced my baby monitor and does more.

I love the concept of having two cameras in one unit as well as the versatility that this camera offers. Good Quality Product. I could not find the SD slot on the camera, then I saw a message stating it didnt have one, so I didnt even bother to look at the User Guide because I was convinced it didnt have one. During the time between buying the camera and opening the camera I received an email from Customer Service asking if I was happy with my purchase, etc.(who does that? Not many… , but I didnt open that email until after I decided it didnt have an SD Slot.Jooan Cam’s great Customer Service not only saved a Customer, and will now get much more of my business, but also save the shipping cost, packaging, product losses, all because of a Customer Thinking he was Right, when in Fact he was WRONG!!Only Companies that are putting out quality products will email their Customers and ask if they are Happy with their Product. THEY ARE THAT COMPANY..So I replied to the email telling them that they shouldnt put in the header that it has an SD slot if it doesnt. Again, a quick reply from Customer Service, respectfully telling me where it is and and where in the directions I could find it. THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT !!Had Jooan Cam not had such great Customer Service, I would have already returned the Camera thinking they false advertise, when in fact that was not the cases at all.

I’ve had so many different cameras that it ridiculous.You name it, I’ve had one. Including Blink JUNK and beyond.This camera has it ALL for a crazy reasonable price. I’m a musician and recording engineer with a few hundred thousand in equipment. Makes me seriously nervous without cameras.I thought I’d try one more time for cameras. The ad does leave out it’s tracking capability. One review claims you can’t turn the camera off but that’s not true. Another review complains about not having good image quality through a screen or through a window. FOOLISH complaint. It’s not Superman. DOH!Loaded with features and controls. You can easily leave your audio alarms set to on all the time, and manage vibrate and audio alerts from your phones app manager for additional features and ease of use. You can even turn the camera off from there when need be.Seriously!!!This camera is THE BOSS. With 1080p image on both cams? Heck yeah. Great image quality and quick notifications. NO camera sees through screens or windows well.My studio is PITCH BLACK with the lights off and the night vision ROCKS. Want a tad more light for night vision? Just add a small LED night light in the room. Preferably somewhere behind the camera to svoidr lens glare. But even otherwise, the night vision blows away Blink and other famed JUNK cameras.This is not just the camera you want, but it’s the camera you NEAD. Real Bad.Pay attention dur

Clear steady video stream on lower half of camera and rotating vidoe stream on top of camera. Customer service was really great and responsive when I had an issues with a defective camera. They assisted with work arounds and replaced my camera quickly.
