After using this for a very short time, I found it’s very easy to set up with the app. Easy to move as needed when not mounted to adjust the view. Can also move the camera within the app. The SD card entry slot is hidden under the black camera. Roll the camera upwards and the slot is under there. No instructions came in the box except to download the app so, I had to look in the listing to figure that out. Picture is crisp and clear. Can turn audio, 24/7 recording, motion sensor, and volume on/off/up/down very easily. Can subscribe to the recording option to be able to access the snapshots of activity. Subscripton price is reasonable at $3/month or $30/year. So far, everything works, including the subscription options. 1 month free trial was provided. I will update this review in a few months or as needed.

My husband loves this. He checks on the dog all the time. I thought it was battery operated but it is not. It does not work when the power goes off. It probably wouldn’t anyway because the internet goes out as well.

I bough this camera as an upgrade from a blink camera. Let me tell you how happy I am that I did. Not only did my blink require a subscription to record and save video but it didn’t move and the camera quality was crap, and it always disconnected from my internet. This solved all of my problems, better quality, it’s moves around from your phones control, it’s video quality is better, and no subscription is needed for recording and storing data, all you need is a micro usb!! Very happy I grab this. It was extremely easy to install. 10/10 recommend and for a fantastic price.

This pet camera is nice for the price! Obviously it doesn’t have all the same bells and whistles that more expensive options have, but it works well with our alexa and lets us watch our baby kitten when shes home alone while we’re out at work or running errands. The picture quality is good enough and we really like that it swivels to show us our whole apartment. The app is easy enough to use and we won’t be getting rid of this device any time soon. It’s so great if you need a little peace of mind while your pet(s) are home alone.

This camera is great for the price. I use it as a pet camera and I’m very pleased with it. I like that it works with Google and I can bring up the camera feed on my Google home and still keep an eye out on my pets while I’m cooking. Image quality is great for the purpose Im using it for and the app is easy to use. I also like how you have the option to add an SD card to record as well. Overall I definitely recommend it if you need it for similar reasons.

This camera works great and the picture quality is excellent. The problem is that when I moved the camera to a new apartment recently I set it up again and when I checked it on my phone I had the feed from someone else’s camera. I contacted Kasa to let them know that during setup I was able to accidentally connect to someone else’s camera and I received two automated responses saying they had a high volume of customers contacting them and they would get back to me as soon as possible. I have yet to receive any response other than those two automated responses. Needless to say, I find it highly disturbing that I was able to access someone else’s camera and get a video video feed of the inside of their home. I disconnected from the mystery camera and unplugged my camera now that I know anyone with the Kasa app on their phone is able to view the feed by simply adding the wrong camera, which is so easy to do that I did it accidentally. Deeply troubling that thousands of people are putting these cameras in their homes and the company has no security in place to protect people. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE.

My baby camera overheated and fried itself so I needed a new one. I ended up buying this one as a backup on to use on vacations and going to Grandmas house. I loved it so much that I bought a second one and I use them in my boys’ rooms. I don’t have to worry about charging a monitor, and I can’t check on them when I’m even out of the house! The night vision is super clear and works so much better than the multiple cameras I’ve had before this one. I also love the cry detection feature that notifies me when my newborn wakes up from his nap. These cameras are super affordable and work amazing!

This device works exactly as intended. It has excellent picture quality. I can zoom in and out, and have selected several points of view. The camera will also move with the movements in the room.Customer support was excellent. Chatted with somebody online and they were very helpful. My reason for seeking assistance had nothing to do with the camera not working. Although this is an indoor camera that is in just one room in my home, I would purchase a few more for outside the house, and back.
