Refreshing and good to see a company that cares about after sales service. We are very happy with your product to date, although we have only used it a few times. Its seems to be of good quality and robust design and does what we intended admirably. Its does a very good job of keeping the wooden and tiled floors free of dust and hair, with the brushless design and relatively quiet operation making it easy to live with to date. The wet wipe feature is also perfect for the wooden floors as it allows us to control the amount of dampness of the cloth and although we have yet to use the wet wipes I’m sure they will do the job admirably also. The vacuum was able to find its way back to its charging dock without issues from the kitchen next door, which was very good.My only slight comment would be that its not able to recognise angle table legs very well and tries to mount our dining table legs at every opportunity, which whilst amusing does seem to throw the mapping feature off as the wheels are recorded as running further than in reality.

I am using the vacuum cleaner for a room of about 20sqm. It does a great job, lots of time saved and whenever I come back from work, the floor is just clean. For this area on maximum suction, the battery lasts longs enough (around 60% left after a 30 minute job). There are few useful features for spot cleaning or whole area which is just perfect. The timer feature comes in also very handy. Can recommend for sure 🙂

This is a super product that I use daily in my house. It is very easy to use and the auction is great.I send the hoover off every evening and it saves me time worrying about vacuuming myself.I had to reach out to customer service and they were fantastic with helping me.I love my robot!

Got this for my elderly mum. We have set it to go around 3 times a day. Works fantastic. Also keeps her amused and gives her leg exercises.Carpets are always nice and clean now.Saved my back too.

OMG this is the most amazing thing I bought in a long while. It’s a game changer. I was reluctant as my living room carpet it quite a thick pile but it hoovered it no problem at all. It’s great you can just leave it to do it’s jobs and come back to a clean room. It’s worth having a quick look round your room like baby proofing as I checked in it today and it had wrapped itself round the curtain no fault of its own. So now I remember to lift them out the way. Well worth every penny

I bought this almost a year ago and unfortunately the product faulted. I spoke with Lefant and they replaced the unit with no fuss. The vacuum itself does a great job around the house.

Nothing will beat yourself at cleaning but this little fella at a touch of a button or remote will clean all day if wanted and can be controlled when out so it’s done by the time you get home. Picks up hair from carpet brilliantly
