Just a heads up if you’re like me and a little bone headed this review is for you lol. We spent literal hours trying to get this thing to flip sides so you can’t unlock the door by just pushing the button and have to put your code in to lock it. Just put tje lock together as usual and download the app thats in the directions from there you can switch it around in the settings after linking the device. The device itself is well built and really modern looking but the directions were a little lacking. Once we figured it out it was all good. And has worked well since. We are going to be buying one for the garage door as well.

Love this lock! The look is nice, it’s easy to install, however if you have a left hand swinging door like mine you will have to download the app and change that feature for the lock to work correctly. I put the pictures of the app and where to find this in the app, as it took me over an hour to figure it out 🤣The lock looks good and I really like the card feature for my MIL that finds it more difficult to use the key pass number system.

This smart lock seems to be well made and made of good heavy materials. the programming steps and finger print entry , I found it challenging , but Aftersale customer service was very helpful in that matter .

I have to update both my door locks (front and back) and I added this one to my backyard door. I have few smart switches and lights which currently connects with tuya application and this got connected very quickly.I am still trying to figure out how it will sync with google home but over all love all the features . I can have multiple door codes and can change whenever i need to change. I can open door remotely if needed and love the fob feature.Over all worth the money spend and will recommend buying this product.

Thankfully one of the very first things that I do when something I purchase comes with an APP, is to install the APP. The instructions that come with this lock are incomplete and incompatible with this lock, but everything that needs to be controlled can be done through the APP. Installation in the door is standard as any other deadbolt lock, with a few extra steps. Setup was rather straightforward in the APP and connecting to Alexa was a breeze. I love that I can tell any one of my many Alexa devices to lock the front door and I no longer have to worry that I forgot or have to get out of bed to check. (I have a touch of ICD, so I would check multiple times a night.)
