This is my 2nd bidet . The first one I bought 7 month ago for my master bedroom and it’s life changing! So happy with this purchase. Works great and easy to use . Now we installed this 2nd bidet for the second toilet and also works great.This bidet is high quality, comfortable and enjoyable. Heated seat is so nice .I love it 😍

This is a great product and company,This bidet worked as advertised however due to insufficient maintenance on my part the spray nozzle stopped working after the warrenty expired.When I contacted the manufacturer for help I was surprised how helpful they were. I was offered a choice, they could send me a replacement nozzle and a link to a utube video for free, or they would send me a shipping label and they would fix it.I requested the nozzle because I thought that would be faster. A word of warning, these things are complicated.My first attempt didn’t work. They asked for photos of how I installed the nozzle and their technicians were able to guide me through the repair.The bidet works great again. Outstanding customer support, they stand behind their product!

The media could not be loaded. The Ivyel AP-7 was very easy to install with the instructions that were provided. Once every was installed I had no problems operating the Bidet. It was also nice that they provided a laminated remote guide to reference.

I absolutely love it! Easy to use. Lots of control for temperature and pressure.. for years I would not even consider using one. I finally decided I would and my wife and I absolutely love it…. Our paper use is nearly eliminated.Updated: My wife is handicapped and unfortunately cracked the bidet seat and lid. I was outside the warranty by over 6 months. The company stood behind their product and sent me both at no charge. It is so refreshing to have a company stand behind their product. I rated it 5 stars over a year ago and it holds true today!(Updated 12/22)When I tell you this is a great product…. I ordered a second one for our guest bath and it was delivered today. This is not a cheap run of the mill unit. Paper usage is drastically reduced which is great as I am on a septic system. This thing is sturdy and if an issue come up, I have had nothing but fast courteous response from the seller!

I was a little worried about buying this bidet, because there were no reviews when I bought it. But the other Ivyel models got good reviews, so i decided to buy it and I’m glad i did! I’ve never use a bidet before, but I’ve heard good good things about it, so I gave it a try. I must say the warm seating feature is awesome! You can adjust the water/seat temperature and the nozzle position to your preference, or liking. I got this model for intensive cleaning, and it works as advertised. The only downside is that the air dryer takes a really long time to dry everything completely…but it seems like all bidets work similarly according to my friends. It’s definitely money well spent, and I would totally buy another one if I had another bathroom.

Ok, not the cheapest model, but after seeing cheaper, I’m glad I went with this. Without going into too much detail, I’ll just say this equipment was needed do to physical limitations after several spinal surgeries. It has all sorts of convenient features like heated water & seat, multiple intensity levels a nightlight and a multifunction remote with mountable holder. A laminated instruction card which includes a suction cup to hang it on, I mounted it on light switch plate.Last butt👀 not least..when I hit the dryer button, that bluster of warm air got me so off guard I giggled. Paper use has been dramatically reduced. Took my son 5 minutes to add a GFI socket by the toilet, great for spare phone charger too. I would highly recommend to anyone with shoulder, neck or back issues. I would definitely buy this product again.

Bought one for my ederly parents. Tried it out and bought one for my self. Never thought about using a bidet before because I really only ever seen bidets in movies and thought they were a European thing, it’s an amazing product and won’t go back to tp. They should be everywhere and everyone should own one.

I waited a while after ordering and using to write my review. I can truthfully say this has been a great product. I like the confidence of knowing that I’m not leaving traces of human waste or smell on my body. AND this was certainly a money saver over a bidet. When I replace my toilet upstairs I’m going to order another. The only improvement I could suggest is that the ‘bidet’ extension would extend a little further.

Was very easy to install and worked perfectly right out of the box. With the choice of three cleaning modes plus the adjustability of each mode makes it very easy to customize to your liking. The warm water wash and warm air dry features make using very comfortable. Have the seat heater turned off for summer but should be very nice when the weather turns colder. The night light is a nice feature.Did not order the model with a remote control as we did not feel that it was necessary.
