First, I love that this does not heat my kitchen like my oven does. The preheat time is fast, and cooking time is also fast. I haven’t tried any of the programs. I started with a few of the included recipes, which I followed to the letter, then I started experimenting with those recipes to see how they work with other foods. The grilled asparagus recipe is an excellent one to start with. My asparagus came out wonderfully, but I found it is good to keep an eye on doneness until I understand how this oven works. After the asparagus, I tried salmon with the same method and it was perfect. As were the hamburgers and then meatloaf I tried next. I think one good point to this oven is that there is no one correct way to make anything. I really like the grill – it cooks quickly and efficiently. I suggest learning how to adjust the temp of the upper and lower elements – that is important if a food seems to be cooking too fast on top or on bottom. I have since baked cookies – they cooked in about 7 minutes per batch. French toast is amazing as was bread pudding. Get the hang of a few of the included recipes and then go from there.I even made really good 5 minute a day artisan bread. I have a small vintage Descoware Dutch oven that fits into the Nuwave oven. I baked a small loaf in the Nuwave exactly as I would in my regular oven and the bread was excellent. And I didn’t overheat my house. The oven isn’t complicated. I know there are an overwhelming number of ways to set it, and too many programs, and it all seems intimidating, but really, take the time to go over the instructions and understand what does what. I doubt I will ever use any of the programs – it is too easy to set it to bake, or roast, or airfry and then set time and temp, and maybe the top or bottom elements. I just check for doneness occasionally and it is so easy. That it will hold at very low temps is a real bonus to me. I like to make tempeh and finding anything that will hold a temp below 100 is amazing. Also, it is not huge – I have a smaller home and this fits on my counter without overwhelming anything. But I still have a lot of room inside to do about anything I want to. It does get hot, but I don’t touch the top or sides when I use it and it doesn’t radiate a lot of heat into the space around it.On the con side, I don’t think this is the best airfryer that I have ever had – my old Paula Dean airfryer beats this hands down. It’s okay, but I think its power is in replacing my huge oven for all those baking, roasting and toasting tasks. I also am not impressed with the rack that comes with it. I read reviews that said that rack is not really sturdy and I have to agree. With light foods it’s fine, but I had a casserole on that rack and the weight made the rack sag and it fell out of its slots on the side of the oven. The company I bought this oven from responded immediately to my request for a new rack (excellent customer service!!) but it did the same thing, so I have to say it is a design error. But this is not a deal breaker. This oven is too good, so I will always use the air fryer basket/rack for heavy things and the regular racks for light things. That’s just not a big deal.I am somewhat a gourmet cook, and I am so pleased with what I can do with this oven. Just be patient with it. I now use it pretty much every day and I would recommend it.

I use it for small baking projects like baking potatoes and warming things up.

I recently purchased the NUWAVE Bravo Air Fryer Oven, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. This 12-in-1 appliance offers incredible versatility and makes cooking a breeze.First and foremost, the air frying capability is outstanding. It delivers crispy and delicious results without the need for excessive oil, making it a healthier alternative to deep frying. The large 30QT capacity is perfect for preparing meals for the whole family, and the adjustable temperature and time settings allow for precise cooking control. The Bravo Air Fryer Oven also excels in other cooking functions. Whether I’m baking cookies, grilling a steak, or roasting vegetables, it consistently delivers excellent results. The convection cooking feature ensures even heat distribution, resulting in evenly cooked and perfectly browned dishes. One of the standout features of this appliance is its user-friendly interface. The digital control panel is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to select the desired cooking mode and adjust settings. The oven also comes with pre-programmed settings for popular dishes, which takes the guesswork out of cooking times and temperatures.Another aspect I appreciate is the build quality of the Bravo Air Fryer Oven. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the stainless steel exterior gives it a sleek and modern look. The included accessories, such as the baking pan and air fry basket, are of high quality and are dishwasher-safe, making cleanup a breeze. The only minor drawback I have noticed is that the oven can be a bit noisy during operation, especially when the convection fan is running. However, this is a small inconvenience considering the excellent performance and versatility it offers.Overall, the NUWAVE Bravo Air Fryer Oven, 12-in-1, 30QT XL is a fantastic kitchen appliance that combines functionality and convenience. Whether you’re an air frying enthusiast or looking for a multi-purpose cooking device, this oven is definitely worth considering. It has become a staple in my kitchen, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a versatile and reliable cooking companion.

The only problem I had was with the probe, it seems to be reading the temp of the air instead of just the meat. I mean I stuck it in pretty deep, maybe it’s only intended for turkeys and thick roasts? Im not sure. But when I put it in a steak for example it doesent work right. No biggie I just got myself a meat thermometer which I needed anyway. I’ll just use the probe for birds and thick roasts, I’m pretty good at cooking anyway so it’s not like that’s the sole reason I bought it.As for the good it’s everything. Everything is good. I’m actually cooking ribs right now. It’s amazing and u really can make anything so long as it physically fits inside the oven. Cleaning is easy. Although I will say this if ur expecting an air fryer this is more of an oven. It does have an air fry setting that works VERY well and a basket but again it’s an oven it’s not like the smaller air fryer where it feels like ur actually deep frying something and pull the basket up. If that’s what u want get a ninja but I promise u this is better because it basically replaces like 4 appliances including ur oven. This is more for smaller families and couples. If I had more than 5 people in my family that I had to cook for every night I wouldn’t use it. But because it’s just me, my grandpa and my dog it’s fantastic.I’m training to be a chef and have experience in the industry for over a decade so just let me say that from a professional standpoint this thing really is just the best I’ve seen out there as far as home appliances go and I actually wouldn’t mind having one in my restuarant. My favorite thing that I’ve made thus far has to be the ribs that I’m making tonight. This is my second time and the first time I cooked them in an hour on 400 and they came out perfect. Super tender AND juicy. I’m talking fork tender.I honestly spend way less time cooking on the stove now. I mainly just use the stove for side dishes and breakfast eggs or oatmeal.U truly haven’t lived until you’ve roasted a few rib eye steaks on this baby. I pretty much roast or bake red potatoes and mushrooms every night with my dinner. If ur like me and want to save money on calories by eating at home this is the answer. U can trust this baby to handle ur recipes while u watch TV or work out. If u do use the probe correctly the cool thing about it is it will actually turn the oven off when it hits ur desired temp, so u can trust the oven within reason not to burn ur kitchen to the ground if ur momentarily distracted. Though as a chef I must add that I always recommend caution and safety, I’m just saying this oven is a smart oven and I do think it’s a bit under rated. This device should be way more popular. Maybe it’s the name that’s prevented it from catching on?I’m truly surprised Bravo hasn’t become a verb by this point. It’s weird to me that this oven is already a couple of years old. Unless it breaks down in a few months I can’t possibly see myself being dissatisfied.

I purchased & used this oven for about two years. It worked fine except some of the lights on the front stoped working so you couldn’t tell what the temperature setting was. I had signed up through Amazon for an extra year of warranty. I called in explaining the issues & the lady asked for all the purchase information & said the unit would be replaced. She was very prompt in her replies & a pleasure to work with. With in a week I had a new oven & enclosed was a shipping label to return my old one @ no charge. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Very impressed.V . TinsleyPisgah Forest, NC

This replaces a 10 year old toaster convection combo oven. So far I like it. Still trying new things. We buy frozen chicken nuggets and tater tots. They are both better in this oven. They are crispier. It didn’t come with an all purpose cookie sheet type pan. My old oven had that and I found it very useful for general reheating. Turns out I have a 1/4 cookie sheet that fits perfect. I was on the fence for years bout buying an air fryer. Too many to choose from and I wanted to replace the toaster convection when it died. This oven is a great all around product and it does everything I will need to use it for. I watched a few YouTube videos on this model and found that very helpful. I would recommend it

We have a travel trailer that we are living in full time while we travel North America. We also have 5 children rolling with us. I am super skeptical of the propane ovens that come standard in RVs, as the temperature regulation can be weird. I got this to use as simply an oven, but we’ve used it for that and so much more. I’ve made pork chops and chicken breasts (using the “air fry” and “bake” settings), cookies, biscuits, muffins, banana bread, many, many casseroles, I’ve done veggies (also on “air fry” and “roast” settings) and many bagels and bread on the “toast” setting. We’ve even done pizza and it’s come out beautifully. This this is truly invaluable to me. It’s so versatile, it’s replaced our air fryer, oven, and toaster. Living in a camper, space is at a premium, so this is a major bonus for me. I’ve had this thing for an entire month now and have used it at least once a day since it arrived. If it should ever break, 100% I would purchase the same one. It’s worth every single penny.Easy to clean, too! Just slide the crumb tray out, wipe it down along with the window on the door and you’re good to go for next time. You really can’t beat that.Additionally, in regard to NuWave’s customer service experience: when I purchased this piece, it arrived without the temperature probe. I contacted the company to let them know and they sent me a new one right away, no questions asked. It arrived in 2 days, and they even sent an email a week later to make sure I received it. In a time when it seems customer service is becoming a lost art, NuWave gets the gold star.

Amazing airfryer, grill and convection oven!I got the NUWAVE Bravo Air Fryer – Grill Convection Oven about 2 years ago and I am so glad I did. It makes cooking so much easier. I really like that it does not heat up my whole kitchen like our stove does. I used the NUWAVE Bravo Air Fryer Grill Covection Oven to make grill some steaks and I was very impressed with how well they turned out. My wife didn’t believe that I made them in the Air Fryer. She took it as a challenge and decided to cook steaks the next time. She refuses to cook steaks because she says it is hit or miss when she does. She hates to ruin a good steak so her wanting to cook a steak came as a big surprise. I am happy to report that she made some great steaks on the grill with the Air Fryer. Since she has been trying so many new things in it and everything turns out so good. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes to cook or anyone who doesn’t because it makes cooking everything so easy!
