Amazon Customer –
This product arrived as a used product and broken.. the box was riped on corners or all bent. Heater inside was barely packed in the protective bubble wrap, same with the remote control. I tried using it anyway and found that the fan did not work at all. The heating element worked but became extremely hot within a minute. It was almost to hot to handle with bare hands. I will return this product as I am so tired of receiving products from Amazon that are made in China and are complete garbage. Amazon has become a 3rd rated distributor. When I purchase products from Amazon, I am expecting a new and working product. It is obvious that this company has zero quality control. I am done with Amazon sending crap merchandise.
