I plugged it in and put two gallons of water in the fridge and some ice packs in the freezer. Using a thermometer, it kept exactly the set temperature. I then loaded it full and drove 13 1/2 hours with it plugged into the car. It worked great. This product does exactly what it purports to do. The only observation is that it used 800 ah per day and not 600 ah per day as claimed in the description. But I live in Ft Lauderdale where it’s warmer than some parts of the USA.
