I love this product it works amazing and is easy to use. The set up for it only took me 5 minutes so it was easy to use and pretty self explanatory. I set this up in my kitchen and it is nice and sleek so it is aesthetically pleasing but small enough that it doesn’t take up to much room. I love the ability to just quickly charge it but it hold a great charge and have not had to recharge it yet. I love the fact you can either set it to a certain mL fill up or just do it manually. Overall this product is great and looks great in my kitchen! I will continue to use it!

The way I have it setup with a 1 gallon bottle under my desk works just fine. Nothing beat the convenience of just pressing a button and having as much water as you need on a moment notice. I believe this is a good starting point to make drinking more water a habit of mine.One particular benefit for me is no more bending over to pick up the heavy 5-gallon jugs. Just peel back the sticker and push the hose through the jug and it is all set. I can easily get 1 cup of water automatically poured while doing something else. One big advantage of this unit is battery life. Charged it and it lasted almost 15 days. Easy to recharge and keep going. (3-months of using): I really like how I can choose the amount of water to dispense, where it fills automatically. Please note: a few of the reviews state that it stops working after a month. Most likely, they are not following the directions to start for first time (after every recharge, you need to hold the start button for 5+ seconds until it turns on. Instructions imply it is only for first use, but it is for every first use AFTER recharging). This is a good and convenient product. It gets a lot of use. Each charge lasts for approximately 20 gallons! Customer service response is good.

We put our water drinking bottles under cabinet and just move the hose when we change bottles. It will pump a long distance, i drink more water now . Great buy

When I saw this I knew I had to get it. I was debating getting a sparkletts water tower but was afraid my 2 giant clumsy dogs would end up tipping it over. This works perfectly on our counter top! I do wish it was taller to accommodate for larger cup but overall it does what we need.
