This is the first digital scale I’ve owned. I am very pleased. It is very accurate and the mobile app tracks your weight and changes. The mobile app tracks a lot more than just wait, it tracks about 20 different parameters. Good value good product.

Let me tell you something unless your prepared for the ugly truth keep it moving. I bought a cheap 30 dollar scale decent but it was way off sometimes due to being battery powered. This scale is not only rechargeable but the report it gives you is dead on. I long suspected I was dehydrated it confirmed that . The report probably could only be outdone by a full dex body scan but those cost hundreds of dollars. For an athlete or fitness enthusiast this is a great alternative the 8 electrode point of contact enhanced the report accuracy. Through Google Fit and health connect I’ve been able to share with my Carb Manager ,Jefit and Fitbit apps so I’m happy also related to my Zepp app just confirm and make sure all the third party apps are synced overall 5 stars meets my needs these reports don’t lie so be prepared for the ugly truth I got work to do 😂😂😂

Man I have to tell you I waited several days before I unboxed the scale. I dreaded it with every cut in the tape to open and remove. Dreaded it. Trying to make better choices for myself I figured this skill, being a smart one, we’ll definitely help hold me a lot more accountable with his brutal honesty. Can I just tell you that I hate it because of its accuracy? But I do appreciate that it shows you the truth. It is a novel concept to me that it has sensors that can send a current through your body and read all the bad things or good things however they may be. You learn what your percentages are and what each quadrant of your body is whether you like it or not. It is grudgingly motivational. It is nice to see the numbers change from each arm and leg and stomach area and to see the history of it doing so. There’s a lot of different ways that you can look at the data and I really like that. This is a good value for the money, it’s spendier than your standard skill but the information it gives you and the way it tracks for you is definitely worth it
