This 32 inch Smart TV is just right from my home office, and the picture quality is terrific, the volume is great. The remote is a tiny but slow, but it’s still the great multi-function Samung remote we are used to on all our other tvs.The pre-installed smart features are way beyond our three other Samsung tvs, and in fact — maybe a little TOO smart! (The setup automatically installed my wifi info, and dictated the entire set up. I prefer to use wifi options only rarely in my office, and keep the Amazon Prime movies for the larger rooms.) Result is the tv guide, which we rely on, automatically includes hundreds of wifi options in it’s menu – so it’s a tad annoying….but not a big deal.My only wish is that this had a swivel mount, but that can be remedied, as well. So I do highly recommend this tv.However — the greatest detail of all is the DELIVERY!!! The local provider of this product was incredibly sensitive – they packed the tv box into a plain brown unlabelled outer box, with plenty of bubble wrap, to avoid any “porch pirates”, or potential rain damage. And – they delivered on the very first day of a 3-day window, which was a real surprise….and in doing so, he avoided a HUGE wind & rain event that hit suddenly, so we are extremely grateful. So major kudos to Electronic Express!!!! And – thanks also to Amazon! 😀

I have had this TV for four days and am very pleased with the purchase. I wanted a small TV for use in the kitchen and researched several models. This is one of the few Smart TVs in this size and the price was less than other quality brands, even those without the Smart TV function. Initial observations as follows.1. I am not an expert TV reviewer, but I am amazed at the quality of the picture.2. Setup was simple. I easily followed the onscreen instructions and the TV had already detected my wireless network. All I needed to do was enter my password. I also easily connected to my Netflix and Amazon Prime Video accounts.3. The base is a single pedestal (see photo) and not the two individual supports as shown on the website. It is attached to the TV by three screws that come in a small plastic package that is enclosed in the plastic package that contains the manual. They are easy to miss since the packaging is the same color and texture. People with limited mechanical ability will have difficulty installing these screws because they are in the bottom of a recessed pocket (see photo), Tools guys will simply be annoyed and will use their magnetic tipped #2 Phillips screwdriver to facilitate installation.4. I elected to purchase an HDMI cable with a right angle 270 degree elbow. This makes for a neater installation (see photo). A standard cable will extend to the side and be visible from the front of the TV. The elbow (if used) for all HDMI connections must be 270 degrees (NOT 90 degrees!).Update 11/29/17: I have been using this TV for over three months and it is still working perfectly. It has automatically updated the software at least twice and continues to work for Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts.Update 10/20/20: TV still working perfectly. A major advantage of Samsung is that Comcast has a beta app that allows the TV to connect to Comcast via wireless. This eliminates the need for a cable box and saves about $100 per year. Comcast only supports Samsung and Roku TVs the last time I checked. The downside is that the app is very clunky and hard to use, but it does work.

My Dad is terminally ill and had been watching tv in his bedroom on a tiny 12 inch craptacular insignia tv. The stupid thing would suddenly stop working with its remote and changing the channel could be a nightmare. Dad also did not have access to the channels that he was used to having in the great room on his big Samsung TV. The space in his bedroom is limited to ONE location for a TV to go and as you just read, I had specific needs for trying to get a TV that basically matched the setup, remote and channels that he was used to getting in the great room.He would struggle swapping the channels he knew from one room to the next, and was getting really frustrated with mixing them up and not being able to get certain channels in his bedroom. So my goal here was to get as nearly identical a TV as I could that matched the great room Samsung TV. This was nearly perfect. It has the Samsung Plus channels and has streaming capabilities so we have him set up for his Sling and Prime Video for his football, as well as he no longer has to struggle with differing channels from room to room – and he can now watch his 2 favorites from the Samsung plus channels (Skills and Thrills and Grit TV) in his bedroom as well.If I had any complaints, it would be that when I ordered this it appeared to have ONE central stand not 2 end legs in the specs. As the space was limited for this TV I had specifically measured everything according to the specs listed for the TV and was under the impression that it would be the one central stand. It is not. So when we got it of course it would not fit in the space he had available. THANKFULLY, I had set a plan for this problem just in case it did happen as it did. I had a board set aside to place directly on top of the shelf where he had space for this TV, and made it fit like a glove. I do not know why sometimes these listings “mysteriously change” from what you know you ordered (either pics or specs) but I suspect it has to do with the sellers redirecting or sending more updated versions of the same item. I do see this happen a lot. Sometimes so much so that I instinctively take screencap pictures of the items I have chosen to order BEFORE I leave the page but showing the correct item in my cart because this happens more often than it should. The TV is what I needed it to be with the exception of the stand issue. It is a brand we are familiar with and trust, it is NOT a quiet TV, it might be if it were being used in a larger room, but you can hear this sucker just fine. If you want a sound bar TV or one with fancier sound setup, you’re gonna pay a LOT more than the cost of this TV.Now, I will not take points off for this but this is my REAL complaint and it has to do with shipping. As soon as I knew it was coming UPS I groaned. UPS here where we live has been notoriously crappy for over the last 5 years when we ordered anything and it came UPS, they have proven to be the most careless, lazy jerks. We have a locked gate and live on a busy road, so I knew I was going to have to move our dogs to the other side of the yard and leave our main gate unlocked so these UPS buttwads would actually take the time to get the item in the yard not left outside the gate. I also knew I had to be hyper vigilant so that passers-by would not have the opportunity to steal the TV. It came only in it’s regular brightly colored Samsung TV box blazing it’s contents for the world to see, and the sign I left with the unlocked gate that read “WE ARE HOME PLEASE DELIVER TO FRONT DOOR” was ignored. As expected they barely got it put inside the gate on some dry ground (we had snow last week) and left. It used to be that UPS would actually get off their lazy butts long enough to get an item to the front door and knock. So I got the alert that it’d been delivered and as I walked down the sidewalk to go get it I saw 2 vehicles slow to a near crawl as they stared at the TV box and a bicycle rider did the same thing. As soon as they noticed me walking down the sidewalk toward the gate they all sped up and took off (of course lol). So my one major complaint would be, PLEASE Amazon, STOP using UPS for shipping. For the past 5 years we have had nothing but trouble with UPS, either stolen packages, packages left outside the gate, broken items, items left at the wrong address, and drivers who clearly just do not give a damn. I have no worries at all that this TV will be anything but great, and great for the price, but I will return and leave any feedback if it proves otherwise. However we love our other Samsung and we’ve had it for years and not had any issues with it at all so I have no reason to be concerned about this new one at this time.

This Samsung 32” TV arrived in 2 days and set up easily. It fits perfectly on its cabinet base and really enhances the whole room. I watched a ball game right after setup and loved the picture and the audio. Very happy with this product. Good value.

This Samsung model was purchased as a spare TV for our basement lounge area. It fits the bill perfectly for us. Samsung has been out TV brand of choice for 10+ years and have always served us well. The set up was quick and easy. The Smart TV feature has worked out really well for us as we stream Amazon TV and Netflix. The only drawback has been the sound volume, but quite frankly, this has not been much of an issue. If I had it to do over, I would probably purchase a little larger size, but truly, I am not unhappy at all with this TV. I highly recommend this and it would work perfectly for a small bedroom or kitchen.

I can’t have a TV that is larger than 32 inches because I keep my TV on a second table in my kitchen behind my kitchen table. I also use it as my computer monitor. I have another Sony 32 inch TV that has a better picture but I like the GUIDE feature on the Samsung remote. You press it and you’ll see what is on for every channel along with a program description. It’s like having an electronic TV Guide up on your screen. I use the Sony for viewing from my four security cameras. It’s nice to see when a delivery is arriving. The picture on this Samsung is fine but it washes out at wider viewing angles. I don’t use the smart features at all. I already have a desk top computer and I use this TV as the monitor as well as a TV. I use the HDMI on my computer to feed into a component converter. HDMI connections on a TV seem to die on me in a few months so I use the component connections on the back of this Samsung. I have a ChannelMaster 100 miles antenna on a 39 foot antenna mast along with a high gain pre-amplifier. Both TVs bring in the same number of TV stations.I had to use the digital optical audio out for audio on the Samsung and my amplifier is strong enough to give me all the audio I need. to power two good speakers. I have a hearing loss so the TV speakers would be useless for me.

I’m a fan of samsung tvs so I bought this without reading any reviews of this item. After the purchase I read a the reviews of this 32 in tv and wanted to address the three things that cause me some concern. As an added note…if I had read the reviews before the order, I would not have ordered this tv. That being said, the the sound….It’s a 32 inches flat screen. Sound is ok and the it has good volume. Should you want great sound you need to get better speakers…as you should with any flat screen. The next item was the report of the wifi dropping. This was reported numerous times. I ran it for a couple of days without my wifi dropping. So for me, not a problem. The third item, and the most concerning was a complaint by an rv’er who said that they could not connect the campground cable to this tv without a cable box. I screwed in the cable to the antenna input of the tv and ran the channel scan. It detected all the cable channels as cable channels. When I tried to connect it as cable during the setup it showed a cable box connected to the tv via a hdmi cable. So for me, the tv sound it ok, the picture and color is good, and I get all the camp ground cable channels. I was concerned, but everything for this purchase worked out great.
