An update, I ordered another lock ,it looks great in black. Easy to fit ,read and follow instructions. Videos are available too. Do that and it’s a breeze. It was easy to set up the ic cards, the fingerprints is 50-50, the access pins are also easy. Using the phone to operate it’s no problem. I don’t have gateway. So overall it’s all easy. This lock was to replace another manufacturers faulty unit. They were unable to replace it so I was refunded and chose a different lock. This is a more compact unit that has so many ways to unlock ,pin,ic card, fingerprint,phone app plus more.,and a manual key if all else fails. I was confident I could replace the faulty lock quickly as I had done it all before,the me mechanical side was quite quick but the set up had me foxed. The English translation is poor and instructions are lacking. No matter what I did it would unlock and say locked or vice versa. I had a little bit of trouble connecting to the TTL app once I was on the app,I was able to set up the lock,note you can’t set up right or left door unless you are on the app and lock paired. The instructions leave out this important part..!! Ok the good bits, the lock looks great, I like the solid brass deadbolt ,the lock body is solid with some weight to it. The functions are good. The voice control gives instructions on set Upand let’s you know if the door is locked or unlocked.the fingerprint reader works well,I do like the card option as it’s quick. So I am so far happy I will update if any change.

**UPDATED 5/11/22: customer service reached out and was able to quickly resolve my issue. Lock works as intended and I am very happy with my purchase. Saved me from having to return it and is my favorite smart lock to date.**UDPATED 5/1/22: lock does not work all the time. Half the time will say I have successfully unlocked it only to find that the door is still locked. The door is in good working condition, and the dead bult easily opens and closes so the issue is directly with the lock. Returning for a refund.This is my third smart lock I have purchased. Out of all three this one is a clear winner. the included instructions are adequate but a bit presumptuous. They clearly label the screw bags so if step 1 says to install one screw and there are three, then you know you need to find the other two to screw into. The app is awesome which made setting up the lock a breeze. Other locks require a master code to make any changes which is a pain as you have to retain the original paperwork. Also no clear instructions on how to lock the door without the app. You hold down the “check” key for a few seconds boom. Overall, best smart lock I have owned to date. While the manual would warrant a rating loss, the quality of the product is so solid that the bonus points make up for the manual. Great buy!

I have been using this lock for about 6 months and it is absolutely worth the money. The multiple ways to utilize the lock makes it easy to use for my whole family. I am so happy I made this purchase. I definitely recommend this product.

Fingerprint works 90% of the time the first time in cold weather. I love the fob option and works well, the touch screen is sleek and easy to push and there is the hidden key hole if you need to use it. Looks good on the front door. The best part of the whole t thing is how streamlined the app is to use. Easy to set everything up and add fingerprints for multiple people, code set up, and fob activation. Being a brand I’ve never heard of I am impressed so far and hope it lasts. Initial quality so far is good.

We wanted to try the smart lock feature but didn’t want to pay the high costs of some of the other models on Amazon. This deadbolt lock was easy to install and works smoothly. There are occasional unsuccessful fingerprint tries but it usually gets it in the second or third try. May be user error, not sure. Anyways, affordable way to get yourself started with smart home automation.

Easy install, simple to use.. unfortunately, the lock started malfunctioning 2 months after first use. Three months after first use, totally useless. It won’t let us into the door without key. Its digital interface is malfunctioning. We contacted the seller, and they quickly offered a new unit. Got it installed and is working like a champ!Thanks for the excellent customer service and support!
