TV not only same later than it was supposed to but also came scratched and with scruff marks. Will not update review until I receive a better unit.—[Update] Received a new unit and it arrived quickly from Amazon. The Sylvox customer service representatives have been helpful, communicative and responsive along the way, checking in to ensure needs were met.The TV itself has been perfect in my bedroom, has a great selection of smart apps and the DVD feature is a welcomed bonus, especially at this price point for a smaller sized TV. My only complaints are the sound (not expansive and it’s hard to get the TV to the “low” volume) and Google Assistant is available but the remote doesn’t have a speaker so you can’t utilize it (unless I’m missing something). Otherwise, great TV and solid picture quality.

This TV is the perfect size for our class B motorhome. We lost the remote somehow while unpackaging it so I called the company and they have been wonderful to work with and are sending me a replacement remote! Super responsive, and great to work with if you make a silly mistake like we did 🙂 We are really excited that it has a built-in DVD player in case we are camping in a state park or some other remote place where we can’t get Wi-Fi. Great little TV and highly recommend!PS: Just want to add that the company sent me the remote super quickly and checked to make sure that I received it and that it was working well and that I was happy with the TV. Can’t say enough good about this company! Highly recommend!

Had some issues with tv, possibly some was my fault and ignorance. After reaching out to customer support a couple times I came in contact with Maggie. She was incredibly proactive to address and correct my issues. Thanks to her am happy with my purchase

I really like this light-weight TV, but for now I will be using it in my new home until I get my dream RV. It is easy-to-navigate, easy UI, and works as expected with clear picture and great audio. I like that it has a full HD TV support DC 12V/24V power supply, DC wide voltage 10.5V-28V. Full HD quality and even has FM radio functionality, so I can listen to my favorite radio stations at home if I want to. Built-in DVD player and supports a multiple type of inputs. I am not sure if I will take it on the road or might just need to buy another one, so I can keep one at home. I am very impressed and I highly recommend it.

Updated: I primarily use the audio out wired into the input switcher in my motorrhome. I also have added unbalanced to balanced converters to all my audio connections. With these adapters the hum that was getting into my audio has been eliminated. The TV has functioned okeydoke mostly using for HDMI connection to Google tv devices. Dvd player is ok for regular non blueray like most I dustry systems. Bought to replace an old 22″ Jensen in my 2014 Winnebago Trend. Sadly only one HDMI but I knew that going in. Usually the system we used had the tv speakers turned off so the audio l&r out went into the main radio aux inputs for much better sound. The menus are very similar software wise but there isn’t anywhere you can disable the TV’s physical speakers. It required the placement of a 12v jack for a cigarette adapter for power instead of the old Jensen style DC cord. Hopefully it works for several years. Used the existing mount and fit inside the original tv space.

Great TV and Disc player but the sound is very quiet. Very hard to hear and not very clear. But probably nothing a good soundbar can’t fix.

I ordered this TV to watch DVDs in my little camper. I also tried a Jenson model but could hear it due to volume limitations. This one is wider and has adequate enough sound quality that I didn’t need a powered sound bar in addition. Sadly, I lost the remote after my first trip and tried to buy another on Amazon, but ordered the wrong one. I contacted Sylvox and they quickly straightened out everything and even emailed me after I got the remote to make sure all was well! Direct customer contact like that has been unheard of. I’d say it’s a quality TV with strong US support.
