Works well with 3tb HDD formatted with NTFS and connected using a dock via USB 3.0. Included version of Kodi called “KD-player” or whatever could not be upgraded to latest version of Kodi, but I uninstalled KD-player and then the latest version of Kodi installed fine.

I don’t use voice recognition, nor do I like remote control in these boxes. I usually hook it up to a wireless mouse, works like a charm. I only use it to stream TV apps so I can’t judge other technical stuff on it. Hope this helps.update : a little bit over a year and good play won’t update, tried everything and nothing works. The box still works with the apps already installed but I can’t download anything new.

I have IPTV , and different boxes, this one is the best for [ Ureno X ], resolutions is super, better than Alfaa, Formuller and others. Also with this box, you can see multiple screen.The only things I don’t like is the remote control, show and if you go fast, it will get stock and have to with for a momento.

I will admit, the specs on this box are awesome. But. if your coming from a Firestick TV to this box. you’ll LOVE the remote just as much. Not only does it have volume control and off / on button. but numerical keypad. all the key features the firestick tv remote was/is missing. The box itself is awesome, and had no problem connecting my external hdd to it. all plug and play.IF I had to come up with a CON for this . I’d have to say the manual is skimpy. but than again. NOT much info is really needed. i’m just a techie nerd who likes all the techie info. and more info on the remote would be nice. But hey we don’t buy it for the manual we buy it for what it can do! and this box can do it all! don’t waste your money trying other boxes this one is the latest and greatest. android 8.1 . 4x32GB ram has play store pre loaded with other apps.

Most of the boxes have always worked well, but did have one or two that been used and resold it seemed. Other than that, they are a great product.

Picture is really good, the remote control is really small and it is very difficult to hit more than one button at a time. YouTube TV will not work with this unit, even though it says it works with YouTube. I did buy the keypad which was a mistake it is too small and there are no instructions with it so I have to use the remote to turn it on then use the keypad to type. Pick what streaming service you want to use then buy a compatible Fox but make sure it really is compatible oh, I have a $58 coaster for my drinks

As far as media player boxes go this works just as intended. I love how tiny the size of it is, yet, its powerful and fits all my needs. If you are planning to run media from external drives I recommend an SDD drive for fast data extraction and play, otherwise it will stall from time to time to process data if you use regular hard drives. Great product!

This is a great box, runs great. I have a different box from this so I already know how to work it. We run a tv subscription on this and it works perfect for that. Box is small and thin and great controller. Perfect price, I would buy again.
