The media could not be loaded. I have had my robot friend, Tikom, for a month. First impressions upon opening the box was an “Oooo Aahhh”. The directions said to let your new robot friend charge before first use, but of course, I ran him around immediately to just see how he works! He worked for about ten minutes. I couldn’t figure out how to get him to his home (charging station), but it turns out, he can find his own way home just fine. I recommend that you do take a few minutes to read the directions and familiarize yourself with the remote(if you want, you also can use App, it has more function) It took about 4 hours or so for Tikom to fully charge, then I turned him loose. Let me just say, I thought my floors were clean, or, at least, pretty clean. As it turns out, they were not. They were not clean at all. Tikom has picked up so much fur, dirt, dust, it’s unbelievable. My floors have literally never looked better! They are CLEAN. For real clean. I’ve always had a hard time cleaning under the bed, but now I don’t have to worry about it at all, because my robot friend takes care of it.I have all hardwood floors and tile. I also have a few throw rugs, some thick, some thin. Tikom does a perfect job on the floors, and has no problems navigating over the throw rugs (though he might turn up a corner, but he will run back over it and still get it clean). I don’t think your robot friend would work very well if you have a lot of or mostly carpet. If you have hardwood or mostly hardwood, you will love your new robot friend.Tikom mostly gets from room to room okay – the “up” entry points he cannot do on his own. For example, he cannot get over the threshold into my kitchen, but he can get down the threshold. He also cannot get over the threshold to get in the bathrooms. This is actually fine for me, because I prefer to control when he goes into the kitchen anyway so that I can shake off the rugs and/or pick up the cat food and water bowls and any shoes or other things that might be on the floor. I just put a bar stool in his way to keep him from exiting the kitchen when it’s time for him to clean in the kitchen.Tikom will clean for about 2 hours. He does not have a “plan” so to speak, not like a person would say go from corner to the center of the room, but he is still very thorough, and obviously, his plan is way better than mine since my floors are so much cleaner than they ever were when I was in charge. My advice is to just trust the process and let your robot friend find his way around on his own! Just make sure that you pick up any cords, especially small cords like phone charging cords, and shoe laces or the like, so that he doesn’t accidentally grab onto something he shouldn’t. Tikom also has sensors so that when he comes to a piece of furniture or a wall, he will slow down so as to gently bump it before he turns off into a new direction. I have also noticed that if he comes into contact with a chair or table leg, he will often go in a circle all the way around the leg to clean around it.Once your robot friend is done doing your dirty work for you, he will go back home on his own. If your robot friend cannot find his way home, you may not have provided him enough space. Is that any way to treat your new best friend?? Make sure that he has several feet of clear space in front of his charging station, and that there are a few feet of clear space on the sides of the charging station as well. Also, make sure to empty out his dust bin after every use.The mopping function is great, better than using a Swifter type of mop but not as good as hand mopping, however I love that I don’t have to do the mopping and allowing it time to do several passes seems to get the job done seamlessly.Overall, I do recommend this little robot. I am very pleased with this purchase. If you’re in the market for a robot floor cleaning wizard, don’t hesitate to click that Buy Now button.

This little vacuum/sweep/mop is amazing- we’ve gained back hours of free time by running this robot 1-2x/day instead of manually performing the chores!! I was skeptical because I bought another brand and it was so stupid and was not easy to operate…Soo I got this one with low expectations and it has far exceeded them. The pros of this robot: app is super easy to download and connect your device, the remote control works great too, the sweep picks up all dust bunnies that a manual sweep misses, it’s relatively quiet, doesn’t get stuck easily, decent battery that easily does our 3bd apt, has one compartment for sweep and another compartment for mop water, picks up all dog hair, maps apt well and cleans with an obvious pattern (another brand we had would just randomly move around and not clean everything), has multiple settings to swap or vacuum/swap or only vacuum, multiple settings for intensitiy of suction and water output, syncs with alexa/google/etc if you have one, can have timed cleanings.. im sure im missing more pros.. all i can say is spend the money it is totally worth itHard to write any cons, but the only thing I can say is don’t expect the mop to deep clean. Just as it looks in photo, it’s a little terry cloth that drags around your floor. That being said, even that little cloth can do an amazing surface clean assuming you’re not a dirty house with spills caked to floor. Now we only deep clean with swap 1-2x a week.Word of warning- make sure to pick up anything loose on your floor like cables or socks… the vacuum goes over them and can get tangled which prompts it to stop. We’ve had this over a month and it’s worked well with no issues.

I bought this as a valentines gift for the family. We ended up opening it early just because and have used it a number of times since opening it. It’s a great little vacuum/mopping robot. It’s very thorough and although there is a little bit of prep work before we can run it, it still saves my wife and I time and energy. It comes with perimeter blocking magnets you can adhere to the floor but we’re renting a house currently and want to save them for when we buy a house. So we’ve opted for just placing chairs in areas we want to block off and it works just fine. The vacuum works very well especially on hard wood floors, I can’t believe the amount of stuff it picks up each time we use it, which has been at the end of every day since we’ve opened it and set it up. It’s easy to use and is very thorough. I don’t know for sure but it seems as if it is learning the layout of the house a little better each time we run it. I say this because the time it takes to clean seems to be getting more efficient, and I’ve noticed it slow down before bumping into something and sometimes avoiding bumping into certain things all together compared to the first or second time we’ve run it. The mopping function works well, it isn’t perfect but it’s certainly better than nothing and it is a noticeable difference. My kids like watching it and have fun picking up small crumbs and stuff to throw in front of it and say the vacuum is eating it. Considering what we paid for it and what others I’ve seen here I think this is a tremendous value. I fail to see how another one priced 2-3x more than this could cleaned 2-3x better.

Charged it. Have ran it 5 times. Did not clean house before using it. Have kept a close eye on the dust tray. We have 4 dogs,4 cats, 4 birds. I’ve emptied the tray a bunch. Be sure to check the little charcoal filter and white filter after every few dust tray empties. It works great! General maintenance and I feel this will be a perfect addition for the man to keep an eye on this place.. keep the dust tray clean and the filters checked and cleaned on a very regular basis. I will update in a week. Today is 12/20/23. It will for sure get stuck on cords and couches. It did attack the cat tree and got stuck on the swing.Update just a few hours later…Clean your house. Follow the directions. This little thing is a champ. Gets stuck under our couch in a few spots. And when it was in the dining room, it got lost in the kitchen after being told to go home and charge. Maybe my placement of base has something to do with that.. still learning the house I guess. I’m telling you. If there aren’t any places for it to get stuck it would have been even better. It time to rearrange a little and get those cat toys from under the couchUpdate 12/27/23Wow!just awesome to have this. It gets stuck in a few spots but we are getting the magnet stop strip set up and this thing will be rocking twice a day until it dies. Don’t trust the dust bin warning. By the time it goes off it way full.. check it periodically for the first week or so and clean the filters more than usual. It really helps the cleaner work at its best. I let it get too dirty and you could see the floor and hear the machine get much quieter. For the price. This is awesome. We haven’t used the mop function.. but will soon.

I use this in my woodfired pizza pub. It goes around every barstool leg, I only have to move a few chairs to allow access to under table messes. It picks up everything from cheese to hair to the wood chip mess at the woodpile. I am very impressed. It has a lot more suction than the roomba. I use the lowest setting for the longest run time (did I mention it goes around every bar stool leg?!) and quietest operation. It cruises over thresholds, gets under things a human would never. No more back breaking putting stools on tables, cleaning dirty mops, swirling dust in the air with brooms. I have vinyl floor throughout with a catch mat at the door. I’ve ran it 4 times only and it’s cleaned the mat better than my shark vac. The floor is safer when wet because it dries fast. The air inside even seems cleaner due to the hepa filter. If I have a dried mess like pizza sauce, I just spray with water to pre moisten before the unit hits it, and it’s gone.I could go on for sure. If you’re tired of sweeping and mopping do yourself a solid; just get it.

One disclaimer–the first one broke down after a few weeks and we had to exchange it (something with the sensor it seemed) but the replacement seems to be working even better so maybe it was a factory issue from the start. We have a cordless Shark and the suction on the floor attachment is so bad I shied away from any robot vacuum for years, but I saw this on sale here and decided to give it a go from the reviews. The suction is amazing (even on the gentle setting, I usually use strong) and you’ll feel like a filthy pig the first few days you run it because even if you think your carpets are clean, the dustbin will be full every time. Plus it can get under the beds and some of the armchairs. We have two cats and it does a great job of picking up the daily hair dump as well (and as a bonus, they like to follow it around the house). The second one seems to do a much better job than the first of finding its way around our place without going over the same areas repeatedly; it makes its way from kitchen to living room to bedrooms easily. Again, makes me wonder if the first one had a factory issue from the start. The one thing this one and its predecessor do seem to have an issue with though is getting back to the charging base, but that’s not a big deal for me. Pick it up and put it on there, you have to empty the dustbin before it runs again regardless. I’ve been toying with moving the location of the charging base to a “mid” point in the house and that seems to help. The noise level even on strong suction is tolerable; I can watch TV with it running around. Have not used the mop function on either one; we don’t have a lot of non-carpet floor space and we have a steamer for that. The battery will go about and hour and a half, which for our place is enough time for it to get around the entire place at least once. You can schedule times on the app for it to run when you’re not home; if it gets stuck (and it does from time to time, under a chair or a wire or sock gets caught in it) you get an error message on your phone. For the price, roll the dice and try it. Definitely the best investment for a household gadget we made this year.

I recently purchased the Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop, specifically the G8000 model, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and efficiency. This robot vacuum has truly made my life easier and my cleaning routine much more manageable.First and foremost, the G8000’s cleaning capabilities are outstanding. Equipped with advanced mapping technology, it efficiently navigates around obstacles, ensuring every nook and cranny of my home is thoroughly cleaned. The powerful suction removes dust, pet hair, and debris from both hard floors and carpets effortlessly. One of the standout features of this robot vacuum is its mopping function. The dual mopping system effectively cleans and polishes my floors, leaving them spotless and shiny. With its water tank and intelligent water flow control, I can adjust the amount of water used for optimal mopping results. The G8000 also comes with a large dustbin, which means fewer interruptions for emptying. Additionally, its long battery life ensures it can clean my entire home without needing to recharge. It even has a smart return-to-charge feature, so it automatically docks itself when the battery runs low.I appreciate the versatility of this robot vacuum as well. It offers multiple cleaning modes, including spot cleaning, edge cleaning, and even a turbo mode for more stubborn dirt. The remote control and smartphone app make it convenient to schedule and control cleaning sessions from anywhere.Furthermore, the G8000’s design is sleek and modern, fitting seamlessly into my home decor. Its slim profile allows it to easily navigate under furniture and reach those hard-to-reach areas. The anti-drop and anti-collision sensors ensure it avoids stairs and obstacles, preventing any potential damage. In terms of noise levels, the G8000 operates fairly quietly, allowing me to continue with my daily activities without any disturbance. It also automatically adjusts its suction power based on the surface it’s cleaning, which is a great energy-saving feature.Overall, the Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop, G8000 model, is a highly effective and efficient cleaning companion. Its advanced features, exceptional cleaning performance, and user-friendly design make it a worthwhile investment for anyone seeking a hassle-free cleaning experience. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient robot vacuum and mop for their home.

I love this little robot cleaner it does what it says. I run it every other day and my floors look great. All the functions work and I was most impressed that it really did Mop my kitchen tile. It works if the floor isn’t too dirty and it’s so simple to do. You just have to remember to block the room off or you’ll find it in other rooms where you don’t want it mopping. I recommend this as an alternative to the much more expensive name brands. I haven’t run it on my carpet because it is very thick so I can’t review that. One day I might give it a try.

I got this a while ago but only opened the box yesterday and I am just obsessed. This is by far the best purchase I have ever made for my phone. This magnificent machine is cleaning out all the crevices and collects incredible amounts of dust and pet fur. I am now running it daily. the only problem is that it is so satisfying to watch it make everything clean, I just sit there and admire :)))) I love this vacuum, this is saving me so much time and my kids allergies are down. It is very quiet, so I can even run it during meetings and early in the morning when kids are sleeping. Wish I got this years ago

Good product. I should of bought it before. The suction is about right for this price, the kicker is the moping feature which of course is no the deepest clean but great for maintenance between deep cleans. The app and it’s features work perfectly. I’ve had it for three weeks and will buy another one for the second floor of my house.
