Purchased for someone who needs to monitor water retention. These are very accurate, matching with the Dr. scales, which is extremely important. They are very simple to use, as she is elderly and intimidated by electronics. So they are perfect. The clear glass design blends anywhere making it less noticeable. A quality product that is efficient and eye pleasing.

I have a love/hate relationship with this scale. I love the sleek look and feel. Large numbers that are easy to see…see that I have a ways to go in reaching my weight loss goal. It never shows the numbers I want to see. I also like the app that keeps track of it all.

Arrived on time. Nice quality. However, directions did not provide instructions for “first time setup” there is a small brown button on back side. Push for correct language mode. Otherwise seems accurate, light weight and good size.

Bought this scale initially as a replacement for an older scale giving wonky readings. The weight reading seems right on and as to the rest of the percentage readings I can’t attest to their accuracy, but they do seem close, although if weighing before and after a morning BM the ‘fat’ percentage is affected.Using the App is easy- download on your phone. Have the phone app open and nearby when you step on the scale, wait to hear the jingle sound, indicating all measurements were successful.Bought this scale for some family members and they like it too!

I started my weight loss journey June 2023 and I ordered this scale because I wanted to be able to see just able everything that my doctor could see when we talk about my weight so I could understand all of the moving parts of this process. Well this scale has not disappointed me yet and it is motivational to see where you have started from with your body composition: weight, body fat, body fat free, bone mass, muscle mass, protein, body water, target weight; body index: BMI Visceral Fat, subcutaneous fat, skeletal muscle, BMR, metabolic age and height. It even has the option for you to tap each section and it will explain to you what it is and if you are low, standard or high in that category and will also give you the range for your height and age of where you should be so you know what you need to be working towards. This has truly helped me to make some major changes in my life health wise and I have a tremendous amount of knowledge gained from this one product alone. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with this scale! After being on a weight loss journey with a nutrition coach, this gives me all of the tools that I need to keep track of my progress. Also, it’s kind of addicting 🙂

I enjoy the test parameters of normal and athletic stature. And ability to collect stats over time and compare the difference in bmi, hydration, bone composition and weight percentages.
