I had one of the previous versions of this TV, same size, still in great condition btw, but the Internet connectivity was always an issue, frequently freezing and dropping in the middle of streaming; although on the plus side, that one still gets updates. I was so frustrated with the performance of my last one, I wasn’t going to get another of this brand, but decided to give this updated model a try. I just got it today. Like the other, setup was fast. Improved: it connected to the Internet immediately without connection errors. I also like the new remote design, where the whole back of the remote doesn’t come off just for the batteries! I’m waiting for it to complete the updates and hopefully I will be set up and ready to watch my Netflix and play my video games.Update: After a few days of use, I have some feedback. This TV volume doesn’t get very loud at all. It’s in my bedroom, so it’s not in a large space where the sound gets absorbed. Sometimes movies are hard to hear, seems like the actors whispered through the whole show, so I’m pressing the volume button, but it’s still sounds too low, no matter how high it goes! My older Vizio has stronger volume than this one, and doesn’t even go up to 100 like this new one! Even raised to 40, this doesn’t do a lot. At 60-90+ you would expect to be blown away! However this just doesn’t kick and needs a stereo system.

I may be late to the party but, I love my smart tvs! All I have to do is turn it on and press a button and I can watch whatever I want or I can just watch whatever is offered.

Works as advertised, fits my needs. Easy enough to use. Small hiccup if you’re somewhere there isn’t any internet, will try to update constantly even without internet. When you turn it off there is a minor inconvenience where it tries to populate a tv guide that is inclusive between antenna and wifi. Not really a problem but it seems you cannot turn this auto feature off and just go straight to antenna.

I really love this set. I had partially set it up, which it easily walked me through, but I was having trouble getting it to load all of our channels. I noticed that the input was set up on something I wasn’t familiar with. I didn’t want to mess with that, so Verizon came out to finish it up, at no charge. That was a nice surprise. Anyway, it’s working beautifully, and we’re happy to have the new TV, after 40 years with an old one, which finally blew up. This one is far better than the old clunker.

As a teacher, this bag is great for my laptop, lunch, & personal items. I wouldn’t put unsecured liquids inside. Its a perfect carry on as well

I am replacing an older Vizio 32 inch tv with this one. The older tv was used almost exclusively on an antenna and after four years of service when we tried to connect it to the household network it worked fine but because it was an older model, all functions were slow and awkward. Finally I couldn’t stand it and bought this new version of the same TV and what a remarkable difference. It just sort of leaped out and grabbed the household wifi and from then on most of the set up was automatic. Also once installation was finished, the use of the control for changing programs or modes was so much faster and easier than the earlier model I wish I had made the change sooner. Usual high quality Vizio video quality and the sound is excellent and in our use there is no need for added volume as this is mounted in the kitchen. I really like Vizio and the way this television operates. We will be using this strictly with Internet streaming and will discontinue the old antenna entirely as we live in a fringe area for over the air tv and there is no cable service here at all. For our purposes and I suspect for most people’s needs in a basic sized tv, this Vizio 32 inch is highly recommended.
