I received a mug for Christmas and it initially worked fine but after a few days it got “stuck” in a state where multiple temperature lights lit up, it wouldn’t heat and you couldn’t power it off. I contacted Vsitoo Support and after a very little discussion they sent me a brand new mug direct from Amazon. The new mug has worked flawlessly for the past few weeks and is actually a slightly/newer and nicer one than the one I initially received as a gift. So while I did encounter some issues with the initial mug customer service was excellent.

The app control is great, of course, but to keep your drinks hot (hot as you want them), this mug is the deal!Great for office or home…heck, get two!

I have arthritis, so using phone apps is a real pain, literally. I use an app on my phone if it is my only choice. For this mug, it is not necessary as everything I want has settings for it right on the cup itself.The settings seem to work properly, though I have not checked the different temperatures. I like my coffee hot and keep the mug set at the top temperature of 65 degrees centigrade. The cup keeps my coffee good and hot for an hour or more, easily. I rarely let a cup of joe wait very long to be enjoyed, so an hour is actually a stretch. In fact, I have found that I’ve slowed down some, no longer made to pace drinking my coffee based on how quickly it cools.It is not a cheap cup and saucer, but I’ve been using it almost daily for four months and it looks and works just as good as it did on day one. I suspect it will continue to do so for a long time, but I’ll edit this post if anything goes wrong.

I have been using a smart mug everyday for the past four years. I received an Ember mug from my father-in-law for my birthday. About a month ago, the mug died — it would no longer hold a charge. Probably not bad considering I used and charged it everyday, almost 1,500 times. So I was very excited to order and try the vsitoo S3 Pro Temperature Control Smart Mug. It has a few extra features my previous mug did not have. The first thing I really like about the mug is that you can use it without the VSITOO mobile app. Beverage temperatures can be selected by pressing the control button on the lower face of the mug. The button allows you to cycle through the temp settings, with both LED and haptic feedback. The VSITOO app (I downloaded the Apple iOS version) gives you additional settings, ability to see/set mug with Fahrenheit ° settings, set auto sleep times, update firmware and more. One final nice thing about the app – you don’t have to give them email or phone number to use. You can click “skip” in the small print just below and it will take you to the app functions. Day-to-day use: I drink two cups of coffee in the morning, typically back-to-back. I like my coffee on the warmer side so I set my VSITOO mug to 60° C (140° F). As you can see from my photo, the mug holds steady at 142° F for just over 95 minutes without placing it back on the charging base. That was true of my Ember mug as well, I typically got just over 90 minutes each morning before having to place back on charger. With lower temp settings, you may experience longer heating times. Overall, this is a mug you should be very pleased with. If I get 4 years out of this mug, I will be thrilled.

I had my eye on the Ember version for a long time so I was excited to try this. It’s clearly made to be sold outside of the USA as the app is not in English for the most part and the temperature is in Celsius. The app was easy to pair and using it isn’t terrible but it constantly drops connection, like even while its open, it also seems to randomly shut the temp off on the mug. The mug is easy enough to use without the app and with how bad the app functionality is I wouldn’t plan on using it. The temp control works great at keeping hot coffee hot and its fairly responsive with moving the temp up and down when you are trying to figure out just how hot you like it. It works just fine without having the lid on it too. Don’t try to use it to reheat coffee, it took about 40 minutes and the entire battery to get it from room temp to decently warm. Overall I’m real happy to have this.

The coffee mug is great. Has a great feel and keeps the coffee nice and hot for 2.5 hours. The app is ok. I would suggest just using the manual control on the cup.

Temperature control is perfect on this mug keeps my coffee, hot. This is great for a coffee lover like me. I love that I could use an app to control it especially if I forget I left it on. Or if I want to turn it on.

I have one cup a day and it is very important to me that it maintains my “just right” temperature from beginning to end. I have been heating my mug with boiling water every morning and my hand thrown cup doesn’t hold heat long. I’m hapoy with the ability to control temperature without using my phone or yet another app..but I can use phone app if I’d want. Live the detailed directions and beautiful spoon . This is going to be a long relationship that brings me joy in the little things. I am of 2 minds on the price but reliability and consistency over time are priceless.

I’ve wanted a smart mug forever and this one is very cool. Has a charging stand you set the mug on to charge it. It works by turning on , on the bottom of the mug and you can press what temp you want on the front of the mug. You can also use the APP which is convenient. I really like it since I end up having to microwave my coffee repeatedly.

This mug is really a smart mug! You can set the temperature through an app on your phone or just use the buttons and set it manually. When you plug in the coaster to charge it, the mug still keeps your beverage hot for about 6 hours. It could stay hot all day if you keep it on the charging coaster. This is perfect for us remote workers because we don’t need to keep getting up to warm our cups up.
