The media could not be loaded. After reading tons of detailed reviews, I decided to give this little guy a try. Got it same day, charged overnight. And was so excited about how well it cleaned my hard to reach windows that I told at least a dozen of my friends about it.Reviewing this was a journey however, as the original machine malfunctioned just like the others have mentioned in the comments – red blinking light, loud beeping, and not a working machine.But after my initial review the company was nice enough to reach out to me and fix the issue. I was sent another working robot. And have already tested it out today.So here’s a few things you should know about:1. It does a really good job cleaning my windows.2. The seller is extremely responsive and nice to communicate with in case of an issue.3. It is loud, but works fast, so it’s tolerable.4. This one is super important. Make sure it is ALWAYS connected to an outlet when it’s working. If it plugs out, it may malfunction. That’s what happened to my initial robot. But I did pull the cord enough to that little box to get unplugged for a second today, but this new machine did not malfunction because of being without power for 30 seconds until I plugged it back in.5. I can’t figure out how to work the spray nozzle, but just like the manual says – I do 1-2 sprays of window cleaner directly onto the fabric before placing the robot onto the window, and it is just enough.My windows were extremely dirty after all the LA rains this year and the dust after, but the only time I had to run the robot twice on the same window was when the fabric got dirty after cleaning a few windows.Overall, I so highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t sure this would work!!! The reviews were pretty good so I decided to give it a try. It is a game changer for me. I have a hard time cleaning the windows in the video. I will say you can not put much product on the pads to clean and you have to change them frequently. However it comes with several pads, so you can finish the job before having to put them in the wash. You do have to hang out close by to make sure it is doing what you want it to. On the upper windows I would have to change the direction sometimes. I didn’t have to do that as often on the lower windows. I would definitely purchase this again!! It’s not as good as a robot vac but it gets the job done!

I used the product on absolutely dirty windows that were laden with bird droppings and dirt that accumulated for 6 months.Please spray the surface with a liberal amount of glass cleaning solution using a fine spray. It works and I had to do two rounds of on each window.I would highly recommend this product over many others for it’s simplicity and effectiveness, provided you use it correctly.

The robot does its job, it did not seem slow to me as some buyers say, I find it quite useful for those people who have very high windows. I only had a problem with the water spray, but I wrote to the seller and that same day he answered me and sent a new one, he didn’t even ask me to send back the first one, which despite not spraying the water, this robot cleaned very well my windows that haven’t been cleaned for months, and now I have the replacement that will surely do an even better job.

Scary, but this thing actually works. I have one big window that I have no way to position a ladder so that I could reach its’ middle section. I learned to sit in contorted positions and clean it with a long pole with a sponge and squeegee head while being up the ladder. Tiresome, to say the least. I was excited to let this literally sucker do that part for me, and it did: it moves slowly and senses the margins of the frame, and pretty much covered the whole surface while I was just contemplating from the ladder. It doesn’t save time if you do what I did, spend the time watching it doing its job. But I still don’t trust letting it go on its own, with no supervision.The construction for this is very good, I would say, pretty robust. All power line connections are secured with threaded connectors, pretty safe. The safety line provides piece of mind, and also (by the manual) helps retrieve the thingy if it gets stuck somewhere. This cleaner robot has the brains to move in a pattern that covers the window surface, and it does a really good job at cleaning. I still used a squeegee (the one on the long pole) to put the final touch and get no streaks.My only dislike is the design choice that when the power is disconnected / fails, this machine refuses to move, stays put wherever it happened to be. It has enough juice in the internal battery to stay put for 30 minutes, according to the manual, why wouldn’t it move so it can get it to a spot where I can grab it? Did not have a need so far, but I dread getting into that situation, I don’t want to spend the evening hours up on the ladder doing acrobatic manoeuvers to reach to this cleaner. Pulling it by the safety line, as the manual prescribes in such situation, seems risky to me, it may get damaged from hitting the window frame in the fall.
