Great maid! Gets into some small areas and does a goo job. Remove rugs first, but goes over low pile carpet just fine. Beats if she gets stuck. I rearranged a few things so she could find all my dust bunnies. The replacement air filters, mop heads and brushes are very reasonable. You can wash the filters four or five times easily. She runs about two hours on a single charge then returns to her base. Charges fully in about eight hours. Easy to clean dirt trap. Saves my back both sweeping and mopping. Does a good job mopping too.

Overall, this vacuum robot is a good device.PROS:-The setup and connection process to a 2.4G network and smartphone app was very easy.-I like being able to set a schedule, start/stop via the app, and set various cleaning modes and patterns.-The vacuum is great and picks up a lot. It’s really awesome. The first few runs it picked up so many things I had to empty the tank before the full cycle was completed.-The noise level is quite low. I mean it is a vacuum so it does make a sound but it’s not annoyingly loud.-The thing has some pretty good torque and strength and ability to run over or push certain obstacles out of the wayUSAGE:-With my usage, the battery lasts around ~100min, however the robot vacuum starts to return to its base at 20% battery left, so around 80min is still a lot of cleaning.-The water tank lasts for around 30min of cleaning, so during a full cycle the water runs out halfway. This is on normal setting.CONS:-It is unable to follow the Zig-Zag cleaning mode accurately, and deviates by a major amount every time it reaches the end of the line, turning around by an unexpected angle. I’ve just been using it in random mode instead.-The object/collision avoidance system seems to work great most of the time but if something is too low or too high, the vacuum will smack into the things before it turns and changes direction. The noise level of the vacuum itself is pretty quiet and soothing in a way, but it definitely makes a loud smacking sound when it runs into something. Sometimes it will run flawlessly for quite a while, and then it will start smacking into things every few seconds and gets quite annoying.-The unit cannot easily find its way back to its charging station, and will just randomly bounce around until it either finds the station or runs out of battery power, smacking into things along the way.-The vacuum gets stuck on a lot of random things such as extension cords, drapes/curtains that touch the floor, random socks, etc, but this is really just a matter of keeping your space ready and having those things out of the way, so perhaps this is just a recommendation and not a con.-The device is randomly offline while it is running (first time so far)Overall I would still recommend this device as a beginner robot vacuum cleaner, as long as you empty the vacuum tray, refill the water tank, and wash or switch the mop attachment, and don’t mind if it bounces around and runs into things.

My 6-year-old robovac was failing, so I’ve been on the lookout for a replacement. A new one had to be a good value with features including Alexa control, wet mop as well as vacuum, and a handheld remote. A commonly available commercial app – not just a proprietary one – was a desired but not critical feature.This device fit all my parameters.The setup was extremely easy, just attach the 2 horizontal rotating brushes, well marked with L and R. Initial charge was recommended for 5 hours. Then I pressed the AUTO button on the handheld remote, and away it went. Awesome!It does a great job of vacuuming. Check the video – those side brushes are long and get in corners and on quarter round mopboards. It came with a small duster cleaning brush and 4 replacement filters.One note – the lid has the word Pull and and arrow to open, It’s a hinged lid, it really means either pull “Up” or Lift. The 3 manuals and product sheets were comprehensive and literate, very nice. I’m impressed enough to get one or two more for gifts.

I purchased the ZCWA Robot Vacuum in the hopes of keeping my apartment clean when I do not have much time these days. Besides, I am a guy, and vacuuming is not fun! I took a chance with this model, and I am loving it!!! I like the spot vacuum option where it can do a specific area like where I broke a glass the other night. After cleaning up the area of the big pieces, I did the spot program and it did the rest. The app is helpful and allows me to set patterns and times to vacuum. The remote allows me to stop the unit which I like, because the first few vacs it picked up a lot of stuff if you do not vacuum a lot like me. Once, I let it run its course, it continues to pick up debris and keep any dirt I track to a minimum. I noticed my floors are clean and my allergies are thanking me too. A cool product I wished I bought a long time ago!

The media could not be loaded. I got this vacuum a few days ago for Christmas. I’ve tried it out a few times and today I actually got to turn it on and leave it go. I let it vacuum and mop. It ran for an about 47 minutes the app said and I believe 30% battery charge was left. The canister did run out of water and the mop pad was dry when I stopped it. I was worried how the floor was going to look with being mopped in different directions. I personally think the floor looks great and I’m surprised at how much hair it finds. I do have 2 cats, a dog, and 2 kids running around my house. This is my first vacuum like this besides for an older roomba that was given to me which made me want a new one. I hope you find this helpful and I hope you enjoy this vacuum as much as I am.

I was worried about buying a brand that named it robot vacuum. It got a short or something in less than 2 weeks. I contacted them, they got back to me. Told me things to check for, then replaced it. Very happy with the product!

The media could not be loaded. I can’t begin to say enough about this vacuum! Not only does it clean up the dirt, dust, and cat hair in our home, but it also cleans the floor! The video comes across as it being very noisy because my phone settings are set very sensitive, but it actually is much quieter than the name brand room vacuum we had before. We have lots of furniture in our home and it is great that it is not phased by any of it. It transitions from our tile floor to the wood floor with ease. The compartment on top for the debris is easy to remove to clean, and water compartment is easy to fill with it being removable from the side. The cleaning pad underneath that is used to mop the floor can be removed and washed which is great at saving money and our environment. It has a little double beep if it needs attention that is perfect to alert you without being super annoying. I love how it docks itself back on it’s charging station when it’s finished cleaning. I really can’t say enough about this vacuum!

I bought 2 of these little guys. I still haven’t learned all the stuff they can do, but they’ve been a huge help. I just hit the auto button and they start vacuuming. The pattern is random, but they go and go until I push the button for them to go home. I’ve left them going for at least an hour before and they didn’t die. I think they go home by themselves after a certain amount of time, but I think an hour is long enough at my house. I have 6 dogs and these guys pick up A LOT of fur. Even if I sweep beforehand, they find stuff I apparently miss. The compartments are kinda small, but they pack a lot of fur and dirt in there. Since the pattern I always use is random, the mopping is random too; it sweeps and mops at the same time. You put water in the little water compartment, wet the pad (I dunk it in floor cleaner) and stick it on and let it go. It definitely doesn’t do as good of a job as a mop, but it tries. I’ve had them for months and months, bought replacement brushes and filters, but even though the brushes on them are pretty worn and bent they’re still doing a good job, so I’ve not changed them yet. I turn ’em on auto and let ’em go while I’m cleaning other stuff, and when I think they’re done I send them home and mop with a real mop, but mopping is way easier for me than sweeping, so I’m pretty darn happy to have their help. I don’t know how they do on carpets, but they do great on hard floors. Really good suction, and they’re super easy to use. I’ve had no issues with them, and I LOVE THEM. They truly are a big help!

Compré esta aspiradora robot por lo económica además de ser mi primer aspiradora inteligente. La verdad estoy sorprendido con la eficiencia que trabaja, la batería aunque dice que dura alrededor de 100 minutos, mi aspiradora me garantiza alrededor de mas de 2 horas y media. He programado en la aplicación que comience a aspirar automáticamente todos los días mi casa y comienza a las 4pm y termina alrededor de las 6:38, que es el momento en que automáticamente se regresa a recargar a su base, ese es otro detalle que me gusta mucho. Puedo iniciar la aspiradora robot desde cualquier dispositivo inteligente ya que es compatible con Alexa y Google lo que me permite iniciarla incluso desde mi smartwatch. cabe mencionar que no todo es miel sobre hojuelas ya que la función mop solamente deja líneas mojadas detrás de donde va pasando y el pequeño recipiente que contiene el liquido limpiador no es muy eficiente que digamos ya que es muy pequeño y se vacía rápidamente aún teniendo la función de agua en nivel bajo.Pero la verdad para el precio, la calidad y sencillez del producto, la función inteligente con la que trabaja y una aplicación que funciona muy bien, se merece una buena reseña.

This vacuum has been a game changer for my family!! We use it every night before going to bed, which allows us to wake up to clean floors in the morning! Ahhhh 😌 We have 2 dogs and our lab sheds a lot. The vacuum is able to pick up all her dog hair as long as I run it on a daily basis. Otherwise, the vacuum gets too full and isn’t able to suck anything up. With that being said, I am very please with how well the vacuum feature works! The mop feature is okay. The water compartment isn’t big enough to clean my entire downstairs, and the pad dries out pretty quickly. But I’m totally fine this.
